This is the worst Sonic location I’ve ever been to. After today I won’t be back. I ordered a big scoop blast and they gave it to me with no big scoop on top. Other negatives are an excruciatingly long wait times, refusal to accept coupons, and refusal to accept gift cards.

This store has refused to make Doordash orders this evening. The man named Scott, states that he is having an issue with his system inside. Yet he did nothing to try to fix the problem or make the orders, it was horrible service. Also, he seems to continue to refuse these types of orders on multiple occasions. Maybe the employee named Scott needs more training on how to actually produce the orders for deliveries.

Sat the speaker to order for no exaggeration 13 minutes. This was at 4:30 pm. Finally had my order taken, and was incredibly disappointed. Ice cream was melted, toppings were not mixed in, one of the items was made wrong. Always an insanely long wait time here, it’s a joke. This is by far the worst fast food location I’ve ever been to. Go anywhere else!

Waited forever. That's ok, they only had 3 employees there. However, they gave me a strawberry shake, not a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Shake, which costs more. I'm highly irritated. I keep giving this place chances... And they keep failing, miserably.

Kids running this restaurant. When I went here, the carside parking stalls were not taking orders but there was no indication anywhere to tell customers this. The line was around the building and there were maybe 3 or 4 employees working inside clearly losing their minds. Only after calling the restaurant did I receive my mobile order. Based on these other reviews, I'd say the franchise owners clearly couldn't care less to make this place run smoother as long as their making some profits.

My husband and I went to sonic for the first time. Was not impressed the food was nasty and his chicken wasn't even cooked it was still raw on the inside we had to wait in the drive thru forever while they fixed it. The slushies were good with the nerds. The manager was very nice and fixed our sandwich and gave us the money back for it. Was very upset would only go back for the slushie.

Stalls are always closed. employees park in the stalls right by the door. Ordered 2 drinks online tonight and they were both the wrong flavor. Been going downhill for a while now

This was the worse costumer service I’ve ever received in my life. The people on the intercom were making obnoxious noises while I was trying to take my order and talking over us. I had to repeat multiple items several times and they still gave me incorrect items. The boy at the window was rude and loudly sighed when I asked him for a second to get my card and the food was cold and tasted funny. I didn’t finish have my food because I was worried about the integrity of the service.

Parked in a drive-in spot. Girl who took my order kept laughing at coworkers while talking to me. The food took forever to come out and when it did it was wrong and already cold. They took back the wrong items and threw the extras on them, brought them back out - so now they were colder from being taken in and out of the 9 degree weather so many times. I never liked the place, but we definitely won’t go again.
