Wait about 10 minutes for my order when I lady came up and asked who I was waiting for I stated my order. She goes back to check on it and says “oh, there’s the order” and then started to make it.

Always a hit or miss, but when u gotta pay more to replace with chxn and they only put it on half the taco which is already a rip off, makes u question this country anymore, but now I know not to go back to this taco bell since they cant fill a taco shell with over priced chxn.

As always a normal stop at taco bell.Vegetarian options: The whole menu could potentially be turned into vegetarian. They use beans or rice as a substitute.Dietary restrictions: The usual amount. They do have a vegan menu.Kid-friendliness: Nothing teally for the picky child to eat. Also, new age decor is mostly pointed at the younger adult. So, not very kid incorporated in the design.Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables special for the wheelchairs. Also, parking and a larger door around one side.

The food and service was SO much better than it was a year ago. I stopped going to this location due to the consistently rude service and poorly made food. The husband and I loved our chicken quesadillas.
I don't even know how you guys managed to pull this off. The one thing I ever dread going to a taco bell, is finally getting a grilled burrito that is cold in the middle. Seriously it's like they took the chicken out of the walk-in and put it in my burrito to cook it because the hot outside was grilled crispy. I don't even need a refund. I will head up to belden village street.

My husband and I chose to dine in on this particular evening. We walked in the door with no one to greet us so we directed ourselves to the kiosk to take our own order- at least it will be made correct, am I right? Wishful thinking I guess... not only did we receive a Crunchy Taco Supreme (pictured) with the sour cream in the OUTSIDE of the taco, but also missing the extra sour cream we ordered on our Mexican Pizza. An older couple came in and stood at the counter waiting to be helped. After some time a crew member asked if they were ordering Taco Bell or Long John Silver. They stated they were ordering tacos and instead of helping the couple, they were directed to the kiosk. There was a man that came in to pick up 2 Door Dash orders. He walked in right after we placed our order and was still waiting for his second his DD order when we left... I can't imagine how soggy that first one will be. If you're wanting TBell, do yourself a favor and go to the Arlington Road one- trust me, you'll have a MUCH BETTER experience!

This place is dirty and everything is coved in grease. The staff do not care or even acknowledge customers. The food is subpar even for Taco Bell. Really disappointing.
