I have visited several bars in Canton and Basement locations and this spot is head and shoulders above the rest with their customer service! They ask how you are doing and actually listen to your answer! Waiters, waitresses, and bar tenders make every guest feel like a regular. Same AWESOME service on holidays too! I usually come within the last hour or so they are open and everyone treats you like you are the first customer of the day. They keep their kitchen open very late, which is awesome to have quality food options late night. Food is always fresh and tasty with great portions for the price. Thank you for putting in the extra effort to make my experiences outstanding!

I love the place. I don't drink alcohol but they make me feel like I'm part of the grespecially in North Canton. A young lady named Sarah. She is so sweet and she always make sure I'm taking well care of.

Horrible business owner in bed with James House. House likes to shame and verbally abuse his staff in front of patrons. He also compares his staff to those with disabilities, shaming all parties involved. Avoid all Basements, Town Tavern, and Sunrise Social. Give your money to decent human beings.

They have very good daily specials and the drink prices are reasonable. The servers are always very friendly.
Atmosphere: The Basement was very welcoming. There was trivia going on and you could hear people really getting into it and the speaker was doing a great job keeping people interested. Our waitress was HILARIOUS we were very much cracking each other up the entire time. I wish I could remember her name. Food: My date ordered the chicken quesadilla and I ordered the build your own crispy chicken sandwich. My date loved her quesadilla and when it came to my chicken sandwich, it was crispy, it was juicy, it had the toppings I asked for and the condiments on the side I asked for. It was delicious. But let's talk about these fries. I can not rave enough. They are EXACTLY like fair fries except they are not served in a cup. Throw some vinegar, salt and ketchup on those and GO TO TOWN. I am shocked they are rated so low because I thought the food, the service and the overall atmosphere were excellent. We even felt so comfortable that I talked my date into slow dancing with me for a minute or two (I was trying to be charming). What a great experience.

Was there for Two hours. Was brought an appetizer and a few drinks. Food never came. Then I was brought cold fries and told my entre never came. The staff was "shocked" I never got my order. Even my server? Lol never again. Terrible
