A great restaurant if you want GOOD hibachi. My sword fish basically melted in my mouth, and the filet mingion barely needed chewed it was so tender. Plan to spend about 2 hours there in total.
Accidentally ordered from the wrong wasabi. Called to cancel and was told they wouldn’t cancel it or refund my money. A bunch of

Me and my son had such a fun night this past weekend as we enjoyed our chef Bryan as he prepared our Hibachi dinner. The chef was extremely funny, kept our entire table involved while he was cooking for us. He joked with my son and had my son laughing the entire time. I definitely recommend this restaurant. It's by far our favorite Japenese Steakhouse. We cannot wait to return again and we will be requesting that Bryan cook for us!! Thank you BryanKid-friendliness: Kept interacting with my son and making my son laugh. He threw broccoli into my sons mouth and joked with him the entire time. Thank you so much!!

My server and chef were great but the host staff were rude, along with the bar staff. The wait time was insane I arrived at 545p my party wasn't seated until after 7p. And I heard the host tell the barmaid she could seat us but it wasn't our turn.Kid-friendliness: The chef had baby sake (lemonade) it was really cute how he made my daughter feel included.

The food is always decent, but the cleanliness and overall appearance of the restaurant has gone so far down hill. The restrooms were disgusting. 2 doors in the female bathroom didn’t close properly, there was water everywhere, wet paper towels everywhere, it’s just dirty. Makes me wonder what their kitchen looks like.

Absolutely awful front of the house staff. Ordered Togo and as soon as I turned to leave I could hear the hostess’s asking one another if I tipped on my order. No professionalism just rude kids. Specifically the heavy set girl with the

We eat here all the time but after our experience on Saturday don’t know if we will ever go back. Waited an 1 and 1/2 to be seated no problem. It was chilly upfront didn’t think 2 things of it. We sit down in this back area nobody else there and it’s an ice box. Ask waiter what’s going on sorry no heat it’s out of our control. 3 other groups sat with us all complained the entire time. I went up front to ask to speak with someone manager refused to come out. Went back to our table everybody asked to speak to someone and he kept saying it was out of their control. No it’s 100% in your control it’s 25 degrees outside if you don’t have heat close or at least tell us when we are waiting so long so we can then decide if we want to stay or go. The chef wasn’t good either normally you get a nice show but this guy was lost and messed up orders. I ordered extra steak barely got any I said something he looked like a deer in headlights. Gave a girl shrimp who was allergic to it as well. No show or anything put on very disappointing. Let your customers know of issues because it was 100% in your control!!! I can’t tell you how many times the waiter said it wasn’t. Freezing, service lacked not cared, and cook was lost!

The cook was nice and atmosphere was clean. The rice was not cooked fully, but mainly the chicken was not fully cooked, it was still chewy and tough in parts. when we let waitress know, she gave us a small discount off of our meal but she said she was a new employee and couldn’t do much. Chef or manager never came to speak to us. Also no soap left in bathroom so curious how the employees are washing hands their hands after using the restroom.

Usually everytime we come here it goes off without a hitch...Wish I could say the same for this evening. One member of our party of four tried repeatedly to get reservations but was unable to get the required text..We decided to take our chances for seating anyway. We arrived at 5:32pm and were told it was a 30-35 min wait and that was acceptable. While waiting we overheard the hostess telling guests dining on the traditional side that it may be a little chilly.Come to find out there's no heat in the whole place and our waiter tried to explain it away later at the table as a hood vent issue...we waited exactly an hour to be seated after I made mention that we had been waiting longer than several other's seated before us who were also walk ins. It was so cold once we were seated and served that our food didn't have a chance of staying warm. Our server also took the luxury of adding on an 18% gratuity for the whole table, we were 2 separate parties, of 4 and 5. He did have it removed " after he spoke to his manager"I think next time we'll go to Fairlawn Wasabi or maybe go to A1 Japan I stead
Waiter and chef were good. The show was fun. However, my chicken was overcooked and dry. Large portions. High priced.
