The service was very good. We were the only ones eating in at the time so the atmosphere was ok. When we got our food the sandwiches were cold. My hubby took them and asked them to warm them so they made new ones.

As we left Boardman at around 1:30 pm (03/25/2024), we decided to stop at Arby's to get something to eat. Since we had over an hour drive, we decided to go inside to order so we could sit for a little while before making the trek home. The young lady who took our order smiled, kept her focus on us, and then asked what we would like to order? I mentioned my eye was dilated and I couldn't really see the menu. She told me to "please take your time, I understand. It's okay." OMG, anyone else might have been annoyed. Not this young lady! She was extremely kind, amazingly friendly, and whatever the VERY BEST adjectives are, which describes or defined her wonderful attentiveness, and heartfelt courteousness from such a positive minded considerate and polite young person. I'm still in awe! I think awesome and amazing aren't as grand a description as she deserves. I'm so grateful for such genuine kindness. Anyway, The restaurant was spotless!! It was refreshing to see that the crew that works here took great pride in what they do! Kudos to you all for the wonderful job that YOU do!!! BTW Arby's, thanks for hiring them. I'm sure they have impressed the socks off of everyone they've served thus far. Since it's my first time here, I took a few pictures of the dining area for Google Maps. As I did so, I heard orders being given/taken at the drive thru. It's pretty awesome watching how fast they cleared the orders and cleaned their space as they went along. Hmmm, was the food hot? Well, even with the drive thru orders before us, our order was completed in approximately 3-5 minutes. However, It honestly didn't seem that long, because after I took pictures of the entire dining area, I sat and had a conversation. Our food was so hot and delicious that I didn't take photos because I couldn't stop eating until it was gone. On our way to the door, I said thank you again. I mentioned to my friend that they need a bell or something so y'all know how much you're appreciated lol. Then as I opened the door to go outside, I turned around and loudly wished everyone a Happy Easter! My friend said the same thing right after. Thanks so much for an awesome experience ☺️. Great food but don't show up late like 15 minutes before closing. Or they'll hide and act like the lights are on but nobody's home'

I spent over $28.00 on two large Arby's meals and an Arby's regular sandwich. They now only give you 1 packet of Arby's sauce and horsey sauce per sandwich, but they shorted me sauce for one sandwich. So I called to complain and the female I talked to argued about how many packets of sauce they can give per sandwich. I kept explaining to her that I had 3 sandwiches total and didn't get sauce for the third sandwich. She then asked me if I wanted to drive several miles back to the restaurant to get more sauce. After her attitude why would I want to go back to that Arby's? She totally mishandled the situation. They need to train their workers better with better customer service and make sure when you buy food through the drive through that everything is in the bag. That's not the first time we didn't get everything we needed for our meals. Since when is there a limit to how many sauces you can get for an Arby's sandwich? That was a first.

Always use the drive thru. I hate it when I come in the enter side and drive around to the order area only to find and see car after car cutting me off by barging in on the exit side of Arby's area of parking. Signs, markings, and directions are definitely needed for the confused and lazy patrons who do not wish to wait their turn! The employees just say "Oh well."

First thing I noticed was how clean the parking lot and building are kept.Service was quick!Always keep an eye out for coupons and specials! Gone are the days of 5 for $5.... But Arby's is still tasty and the cherry turnover is the best!

Got the smokehouse brisket sandwich from the drive thru and went home to eat and it looked like plastic and just looked nasty. Looks old and burnt. Thought everything was made fresh, I guess not. Went right back to the restaurant to ask for a refund and was given an attitude. But was given my refund so thanks for that but could’ve done without the attitude. If staff would just care a little bit more what the food looks like it would be an altogether different experience. Very disappointed will not be going back this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with this store but the first time I decided to go get my money back.

Order dinner for three people all three sandwiches were terrible. Drowned the sandwiches one with tarter sauce one with the garlic aioli and last with mayonnaise. It was so bad I'm not sure if I'll ever eat Arby's. Maybe if you bring the potato cakes back I will eat there again but I doubt it. The entire staff that worked on February 24 2023. Should be replaced they weren't interested in help us.
