This has been a haunt for my wife's family for decades. Recently became their latest convert thanks to the exceptionally good pizza and genuinely kind and engaging staff. Great place to watch the Browns!

My family and I came to visit family in Ohio. The state of very friendly people. We came quite hungry and decided to order pizza and chicken for pick up. We placed our order at this establishment and were told the order would take about an hour in a half which was 7pm. At 7:10pm we went to pick up the order only to find out the order was not ready because the person who took the order forgot to put the ticket in its proper place. As we inquired why the order was not ready, someone from the kitchen area responded, "shit happens". Not only was he rude but also the lady at the front desk was also sarcastic and rude. Her response was, "if you want to cancel the order, you can. I really don't care." We ask to speak to the owner to let him know about his rude employees and he was just as rude. This business will benefit some training from chick-fil-A. If you enjoy spending your hard earned money at a place that really doesn't care and treats its customers with disrespect and rudeness, this is the place for you.

Waited for an hour or longer for just pizza. Ordered appetizers but never got them. Asked for ranch never got it. The waitress only came over 3 times: to take our order bring us our pizza and hour later and give us our bill. Was rushing around and anytime she gave us something like menus or out 1 and only drink it was thrown at us and she would run off. Never asked about refills or how our food was. First time here and sorry to say I would probably not go back

Incredible local pizza joint in N. Olmsted! Some of the best pizza in not just Cleveland local, but dare I say, all of Ohio. Friendly wait staff and drinks are spot on! Cannot say enough good things about this place, a real gem. ?Vegetarian options: It's pizza. Also garlic breads, salads, etc.

Had a large order of broasted chicken delivered! It arrived piping hot in an aluminum cooking container. It looked great! The jo jo s were disgusting, didn't like them at all. Just a lot of potato to.make the order look bigger.The chicken was greasy but I guess chicken is. However, when eating this chicken in a well lighted area, red could be seen near the bone in almost every piece! We didn't die from it but I would certainly never order this product again. I don't think this is a good thing at all.This was a while ago, and I probably should have called them about this at that time but didn't.If you order the broasted chicken, check it in a well lit area, you ll never notice it in subdued lighting.I also had onion rings and mushrooms in this order.Everything was very greasy. It was very disappointing besides possibly being a health risk!

Ordered to go. The person that took my order over the phone was a bit curt, but they were probably busy (it was a Friday). I ordered 12 cajun wings, cooked extra crispy. They were really good and perfectly cooked. We also had a large mushroom pizza with 1/2 sausage & 1/2 pepperoni. It was okay. There's better pizza around but you won't be dissatisfied.
