Good place to go. Occasionally one might get a snarky server but, this is not the norm. Most are attentive, courteous, and polite with a difficult and hectic pace at times serving a multitude of people from all walks, ethnicities, and creeds of life. Bob Evans is exiting the restaurant business as they focus their corporate goals upon the packaged frozen prepared food segment of the food business. Available at your grocers in frozen section or cooler section so Bob Evans restaurants are a question mark for the future as they are being sold off. Name will probably stay the same but, who knows what kind of service and quality a different ownership may bring.

Worst biscuits and gravy I've had. The gravy shouldn't be the consistency of water.

Had some great experiences here in the past but last time the food was very bad, everything was overcooked and chewy and there were bits of carbon grill char on our food.

Its a chain dine. Quick food little more expensive than fast food and made great for the price. It knows its job and does it well. Would reccomend if you want a bite to eat out but can afford anything

I had taken my grandmother there for a birthday brunch. Our waitress, I believe her name was Samantha, was excellent. Even when my grandmother got a little cranky she still acted in a professional manner and for some reason apologized to me. There was no need. I apologized on my end and she understood. I would definitely ask for her to be my server again. Her service was acceptional.

It's really gone downhill since the last time I was there. I go to Canarys in North Olmsted. Bob Evans does not take home cooked anymore.

The only reason it gets 1 star is because it will not let me go lower. Had to return my food twice because it was over cooked the bacon was burnt the sausage was like a hokey puck. The sausage gravy was also burnt. The manager offered us complimentary pie that we never received. Our drinks were never refilled. The waitress was an immature basket case. The overall experience was pathetic and I advise others not to visit this hot mess of a restaurant.
