Superior "home style" menu, generous portions, diverse sides to choose from.They use AciveMenu for online orders, a simple but clumsy app.

Unfortunately this location is experiencing the current state of needing employees.There was only one dedicated employee working. That demand clearly took its toll, which was not his fault. The food bins were either empty or looked as they had been sitting too long. The wait time was quite long. Hopefully they can make some adjustments as I’ve had awesome service at this location previously.

I love Boston Market, but unfortunately the Store 576 in North Olmsted OH will never be visited again. We ordered food for a large party through their website. When I went to pick it up, they insisted I was a day early even though I had a copy of the receipt on my phone. Then they told me to come back later, which I did and these clowns then told me they could not fulfill the order. They could have called, but that was too much for these incompetent clowns.

I ordered through doordash and they gave me the wrong chicken, no cornbread and didn’t give me my side I ordered. I understand being understaffed however this location gets little to no business at 7:30 pm so the fact they couldn’t complete my order as it was ordered says it’s entirely on how incompetent the staff is. And when I called? Absolutely no help whatsoever. Just silence

The yams could've been a little more thicker, but overall my kids enjoyed it. The chicken is always a hit for me. Also had Mac and cheese, cornbread and spinach dip. It couldve been cooked a bit more fresh tho I will say. You can tell it's been sitting a little while and time for the change of products ..

I went there tonight at 7:30 p.m. I wanted to use my T-Mobile coupon. The website said the store was open until 9:00 p.m. When I got there the lights were on but no one was home. The sign said dining room closed. So I tried to order online for curbside carryout. Halfway through my order they turned all the inside lights off. Not very good business for a Friday night. Not a happy camper!

There are no dinner side dishes of mashed potatoes, corn, apples, or any good stuff. This is the second week in a row with very limited selection. Why have these side dishes been discontinued? Boston Market is going down hill. I will no longer eat there.

Horrible District Manager his name is Alex Sanders. He used to be the GM. He treats his hard working employees horribly and it's no surprise this company has gone down hill. There are 4 employees total and the managers(2)must work everyday. People like Alex Sanders are what cause businesses to fail and it's sad that he could have such a negative impact on his employees lives. Would not be surprised to see this store shut down in the near future. Would not recommend 0/10.

This is the worst restaurant ever! I’m very surprised they are still in business. I’ve gone to this Boston Market 4 days in a row trying to use a coupon but they are with closed when they should be open or all the have “today” is chicken. Why don’t you have anything else like meatloaf or ribs? I will NOT be returning to this restaurant ever again and I’d be surprised if they’re around much longer.

What the hell did you guys do to the mashed potatoes? My son has been obsessed with them since he was a baby…today we went to the store in North Olmsted and not only were they out of silverware, running on a limited menu and didn’t even have meatloaf…but he took one bite of the potatoes and said these are disgusting. First time in ten years that he didn’t eat his potatoes. And the Turkey was gross and tasted like lunch meat Turkey that was warmed up. We have had issues before but today was the last straw…we won’t be back. I will say the guy who served us our food was very efficient and friendly…but if the food is gross you have nothing to go on.

i used to eat 1-2 times weekly at this boston market. they have gone past down hill. the mashed potatoes are now filled with pepper and taste disgusting. i brought this to the attention of the manager and he walked away and went to the back. this location definitely has problems.

Never have bread for sandwiches and when I ordered through door dash they waited 35 min to cancel my order, the exact time when my food was to arrive. Why have it on the menu if you don't have the food

Staff is friendly and overworked but my complaint is that they are always out of everything. Second time I go and they are out of nearly everything.
