Enjoyed bacon cheeseburger which was good nice fresh toppings and burger cooked right. Pink lemonade at the fountain to wash down my food even better. Ketchup dispenser was lo so had to squeeze a few packs. Overall good n would try again if craving burger

This is the 2nd time ordering from here. Burger is fantastic, juicy, cooked to perfection. Ordered build your own….. lots of choices for add-ons. Fries are always fabulous. Just crunchy enough. Large portions. It’s been quite a few years since I’ve eaten here, and I was happy that it exceeded my memories of previous orders.

Visited here for the second time. Burger was dry, not juicy at all and was not seasoned. Just a blah taste. Toppings overwhelmed the burger and the bun was on dry side. Fries were good and hot, with a generous portion. Did not get my 15 dollars worth. Five Guys definitely better.

The burgers are great, better than most burger joints. Generous portions as well. Their chicken is a bit bland though. Definitely needs some kick in their chicken.

I ordered a build your own burger and ask of the toppings I picked we're delicious. The veggies were all fresh and crisp, perfectly complimenting the party and cheese. The fresh cut fries were the best I have had from any restaurant in town, soft inside and nice and crispy on the exterior. A good amount of food for the price and i was left feeling full but not sluggish.

I've been hearing about this place for years and I just finally went... not worth the hype. Five Guys is two minutes away and is much better to my tastes. I had a Godfather and the friend I was with had a Brown Bag Original..... "meh" is all I really have to say. Burgers were dry and the buns were WAY too big for the patty size... all the outer bites were half bread half meat!I will say the fries were decent and the service and general atmosphere were nice.If someone else was paying I'd eat here again, but I wouldn't spend my own money or suggest this as a place to eat.

Best burgers in the Cleveland area. Constantly delicious and pretty inexpensive compared to some other places. Get the Cajun seasoning on your fries. You’ll thank me later.
Fast and delicious. I ordered a large fry to split with my husband. It was huge. We were both thrilled with our meal. Bueno hamburger and classic with mayo tomatoes lettuce and more.

Their buns are best in the business. Seriously, worth driving out of way to get. Custom topping choices are great. Soups (mushroom) not so good; had to pick out pieces of dry, chopped up onion skin.

The neon sign that said shrimp and vegetable brought me in, only to find it was a burger place. I got a small burger combo, liked that you can opt for a salad rather than fries, even though the fries look good and malt vinegar is on the tables; both nice options. The burger was excellent. They have a lot of toppings available. Good value. I think I'll go back today and sample more of the menu like the soup.
