Great experience! The food was really good and Brittany was great. I had the Asiago Chicken salad and my husband had the Smash Burger. Both were delicious. The drinks were also good. Was hard to decide which one to have and Brittany gave great recommendations.

We stopped at the restaurant due to some confusion we had yesterday when dining. The manager , Laura, took her time to explain our issue. Very apologetic and understanding. The barmaid—Lindsey—was also very accommodating. We are frequent customers at the Burntwood Tavern in North Olmsted. We will likely return to this location due to the generosity and kindness of management and more. Thank you!

I am so pissed off!I was super hungry, made a takeout order of portobello mushroom burger and sweet potatoes fries… got home 8pm; to find out that it wasn’t my order!So annoyed and disappointed!I’m vegetarian and not sure what kind of burger they gave me + regular fries!Over the phone it was ; opps sorry, come back and will prepare u another one!Like seriously, after a loooong day of work, it’s 30’s degrees outside, it’s past 8 and I finally made it home; dreaming about the burger… to find a disappointment! ?If I revisit this location again; i might adjust my review… but as of now… poor service!

This establishment should take lessons from the one in Brecksville. Salmon salad was terrible and no bread was served. The waitress was less than accommodating. I will not return.
