First time at this location and the food was not at all appetizing. The chicken Philly I ordered w/ fries ? barely ? had any chicken on it, the cheese ? was a camouflage to the lack of meat. The location in Tower City gives you a real nice order. This place at: Great Northern Mall, is not a good place to dine at while they skimp on the product and u still paying full price for what? The bread ? was not even fresh either!! I definitely won’t go back there and won’t advise no one else to.

Ordered online two meals and a Kids 3 piece Chicken meal. Got home and didn't receive the kids meal besides the drink. So I assumed the food was in the Bag, it was not. Called customer service and explained the situation. Sent the receipt as requested. Only to get a reply that my refund request was declined. We will never eat at Charlie's ever again. Guess they can keep their $6. Thanks for listening to the customer. We all make mistakes but this is unprofessional. Oh and they got the kids drink wrong. I ordered a Sprite.....

If I could leave zero stars I would. Food poisoning my girlfriend from a chicken finger kids menu item? How about you take control of your cross contamination and get your workers in line. What if that was a child that ate those chicken fingers? I'd be careful if I were you because you might have a lawsuit on your hands. Don't let your kids eat here cuz they might get sick, or anyone for that matter.
