Horrible customer service no rolls on a Saturday afternoon Apple Pay or tap method to pay down. Waited 16 minutes for more rolls only to see a small piece of tape across the machine “DO NOT TAP”. Kids all on their phones while making dough scrolling touching phone touching equipment. No customer service at all! Hate this place

I bought a Box of cinnabons to go and was very disappointed that I could not get a hot coffee at 4:20 in the afternoon on a Sunday because they had already broken down their coffee machine for the day just doesn't seem right to me I won't be coming back

I ordered the four pack of Cinnabites. OMG!!!! They were fabulous The were soft and had the perfect amount of icing on them. The staff was friendly too. I ate them so fast I i forgot too take a picture. Lol.

Very good, it has great staff and is an excellent place. It's kinda new so you may no have heard of it but this is the place to go. The menu has many great options.

So many kids "working". The girls all huddled in a circle gossiping and the one male on counter is too busy texting to realize anyone's there. Didn't even look up to greet us or anything and the 5 girls working just looked at us while they continued their conversation. I had to say something about him being too busy to text for him to even stop looking at his phone. If I could give zero stars I would. If I owned this mall location I would seriously consider new management and new team members.
I was thirsty while walking around Great Northern mall and the first thing I saw was Cinnabon. I ordered an Oreo mash up thing and it was pretty tasty. Definitely dessert in a drink, similar to a Frappuccino at Starbucks. It was cold and icy. Service was good. Drink came out quick. I really want to try a cinnamon roll next time.

Hit or miss...about 2 weeks ago on a Tuesday my wife and i went there around 12 noon we ordered 2 cinnabons with icing got home to eat them and they were hard as a rock stale and dry as the cashier...they should be fresh soft warm and full of goodness...not sure if ill eat there again unfortunately.
