Driver gave me the wrong order. When I looked inside the first box I knew it wasn’t right then I heard a very loud pounding on my door. I took the two wrong pizzas to the door with me. He said I gave you the wrong ones. I said yeah I saw that when I opened them. He gave me my order. 5 minutes later in the middle of eating a piece of pizza I hear the same very loud pounding on my door. I open the main door and as I go to open the storm door he pulls the door right out of my hand. He said I’m gonna need the order back. I told him I have exactly what I ordered I checked it and am already eating it . He then said I need it back and tried to push past me to go in my house. I pushed him back out and after 4-5 times of yelling at him get the f$&k off my property he left. Did the next delivery get the ones I gave back to him? I opened them. Food is good

If I spend $7 dollars to get Cheesy Filled Bread, I expect Cheese filled bread, I recieved Just Bread and a Sprinkle of Cheese. Also my pizza was horrible, hardly any toppings. Cheap pizza, cheap service, I'm done with Domino's Pizza ?

I like order pizza from this location, food is fresh and ready by the time I picked up.

We have been loving the new loaded tater tots. The bacon and cheese are our favorite. Usually do the car side pick up. They are prompt and usually follow instructions where to place your order in the car.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. We ordered a Philly cheese steak. But when we got home it was just a plain pizza. We called back to for them to fix the problem, the manager was unprofessional and did not fix the issue. We will be taking it to cooperate. And the manager Jeff needs to be fired. We will be going to Fairview from now on

My wife and i got tired of waiting to be seated at another restaurant so we stopped this Domino's on Lorain Road and was pleasantly surprised at the service. The service was great, and the cashier was awesome, and the manager was helpful suggesting that we try other things we Hadden thought about. The food was hot and tasted great. It was a Saturday night, we were tired and needed a friendly face and voice.

Dominos was my favorite major pizza chain until I moved to Cuyahoga County. I've lived in various parts of the country and have done some traveling and I must say Dominos is only THIS BAD in Cuyahoga County. Whenever I make the mistake of ordering Dominos in the Cleveland area it's always a guaranteed disappointment. I understand that it takes a lot of commitment and care in order to half-ass the process of making/baking/quality checking/and getting your a** to my house at a reasonable time so I won't discredit Domino's for that. I do however have a problem with their lack of integrity as non of the people who I met from Dominos seem to be courteous like they try to make us believe they are in the advertisements that they force us to deep-throat through all platforms of media in existence. I mean my pizza is sitting here and it's gross. I am extremely confident in my ability to create a better looking and tasting 'za using saltine crackers, ketchup, Parmesan cheese, and a dash of oregano. This pizza is putrid and pitiful and I would not recommend this pizza for a million dollars. If I did so, I would be rolling around in my grave for eternity knowing I stooped down to the level of this greedy a** company that does not care about quality despite what they tell us in their corny commercials with their corny a** Dominos car.

I skipped my usual door dash pizza place and ordered a pick up pizza here because of the nice campaign Dominos has to motivate people to skip food delivery companies & support local businesses. Maybe I was there on a bad day. But counter worker seemed angry that I was there and pizza wasn't as good as the dominos I remember. Decent enough pizza but I suggest keep using door dash if you want to be greeted with a smiling face
