As a transplant from the east coast, Freddie's has always been one of our favorite restaurants. This restaurant started off with so much promise but I fear it's going to turn into another run down North Olmsted fast food joint. The cleanliness has taken a big down turn and it's not well staffed. The soda machine never has ice. The waits for the food are becoming ridiculous. But the food is still delicious! I'm optimistic they will pull it together.
Caleb is such a great representative of Freddy’s. This was my first time ordering and he was friendly, helpful, patient. Loved that he knows your products first hand which helped. Great with customers!

Freddy's has the best fast food burgers, I've been here twice and loved it both times. The chicken tenders and cheese curds are so good! Also the CUSTARD was insane. Our server Kylie was super nice and even gave us a twix custard they had from another order. I love freddy's
