I have food allergies and serious digestive problems.I ordered: No mayonnaise, cheese, or lettuce. The rest of the inclded ingredients were messed up too. There was mayonnaise on the sub. No tomatoes!. Extra peppers - very few. The oil and spice seemed to be missing or minimal as well. This happened on two of my last three orders. I won't be back! Subway lets you watch them make the sub, so it's done accurately instead of too fast. I have never had a problem at Subway. I had a serious bad reaction to the mayonnaise that made me sick before I realized what was in - or not in - the sub. You need to pay more attention to those with dietary restrictions!

Would be a decent place to work if they respected their employees time or needs at all. They have no problem putting you down to one day a week and dismissing your needs or schedule altogether. They recently demoted multiple employees with little notice, and have very poor communication w/ their staff. The tips aren't livable either you'd be better off working for a pizza delivery service or even door dash or uber eats.

The wifi was down and I couldn't pay with my card. Then the employee asked to order on the app which it didn't go through because of the wifi. The cashier was not apologetic for the inconvenience at all with a monotone voice. Poor customer service.

The hours are listed 10am to 9pm. My family was planning on getting sandwiches to take on an outing, so we arrived at 10am. Doors not open. We waited a few minutes. Saw people inside working. My husband tried the door. Still not open. If the hours are listed starting at 10am, why are the doors locked? Why are the people inside ignoring the customers? If the hours have changed, please update them on the website. The store itself did not have hours listed. Will not be returning to this location.

so i just left this place and had ordered and italian and subbed the ham for turkey, which was an extra cost, (that's fine.) Upon looking at the menu multiple times to make sure that mayo was not one of the ingredients on the sandwich, i figured it would not have mayo on it. Anyways the sandwich was given to me and sure enough i opened it in the car and bam mayo slathered on both buns like one half isn't enough. so i went back in to let them know i cannot do mayo and would see if they would replace it as there is nothing written in the menu stating that that sammy should have mayo, its and italian sub it has oil and vinegar, and oregano, why put mayo on it too, and if you are going to do that at least put it in the ingredients list on the menu.but low and behold after having the whole crew walk to the back of the store and leaving me standing at the register wondering if i should just leave, or if they are just ignoring me. i didn't quite know, so i continued to wait. after a couple minutes the woman comes back and says, "so we are going to have to just run that again to get you you're sandwich." "the manager said, since all our sandwiches come with mayo you need to rebuy it." (and by the way the manager was not the least bit friendly, seemed more so like she just did not want to be there.) i think if mayo is on all the sammys maybe that should be listed in the ingredients for what comes on it? I'm not sure but how the hell am i supposed to know all the hidden toppings that are not listed on the menu but actually come on it? needless to say i did not rebuy another sandwich to fix an error i would have corrected from the start had i known that it would be coming on my sammy without me knowing. i just threw the sandwich away as i walked out the door and will never be going to another jimmy johns again. that experience really turned me off, their customer service was lacking if any at all exists. i didn't find any of the employees there super helpful, and again the manager was seeming to not care too much about anything, i actually felt like i was inconveniencing her just by coming in. all said and done i felt very unhappy with that experience and was disappointed to say the least that such a large food chain restaurant would train there managers and emplyees to have such poor customer service, it ended up being a waste of my time and money to stop there today and I'm sorry i did, and will never waste my time there again.

Wanted to try the new capizzi sandwich because the pictures advertised look delicious. But in reality the sandwich wqs horrible quality today and washed smashed flatter than a pancake. I reached out to jimmy johns customer service but they said its the franchise owners issue. This is not the first bad experience at this location, however this was the worst quality i have had. A sloppy sandwich thrown together.
