We come here at least monthly. The pizza and price are terrific but they never have any ready. That is the other half of the deal. Waiting 10-15 minutes each time is something that we have built in to the experience.

We are regular customers and normally the service and food is very good. Today, we ordered two stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas for pick up. When we got home, one of the pizzas was overcooked and had a really hard center, the pizza was not edible. We called to let them know and asked for a fresh pizza. The old lady on the phone had a very bad attitude. We were told to bring the pizza back, and we had to prove that the pizza was hard. I brought the pizza back, opened the box and poked the hard center. It was almost comical. The young girl, who I assume was the manager reluctantly agreed to give us a new pizza. The old woman shook her head and mumbled under her voice. She kept looking at me while she was packing up the pizza. She was obviously angered. On the way out I told her that her attitude wasn't necessary. We did nothing to deserve it and we hope next time we don't have this issue. She said she hoped there isn't a next time. Needless to say, we did not eat the pizza for fear that something was done to the pizza. I just couldn't let my kids eat it. Too bad, that was our go to place. December, 18 2023, 5:30 p.m.

We have been coming to this location for years. Usually never have any problems. Today however was totally different. I think most of the staff in there this evening were new, I have never seen any of them working there before. Ordered 2 pizzas online. Picked up drove home and when I opened the box, the one pizza did not have any cheese or pepperoni on the whole middle of the pizza. The pizza was hard and inedible. I called the store for the first time in many years of going there, to complain about it and see if they would give me a new pizza. The woman on the phone was rude and stated that if I take the pizza back, and she determines there is cheese on it and nothing is wrong with it, then she would not exchange the pizza. We took the pizza back, the woman acting as manager at the time, made a new one reluctantly and was completely rude the entire time! Eye rolling and constant attitude. When asked if the pizza looked better than the one we brought back, she stated there was nothing wrong with the first one.... Also proceeding to say hope you don't come back ever! I have never seen this woman in the store before, if I had, I would've stopped coming here a long time ago. You need to get your crew's attitudes together. She will cause you to lose business, because you have certainly lost mine! Date of service 12/18/23 5:30pm.
They have an excellent crew at this location. Pizzas come out very fast. Hot and Readys always look good and taste even better. When they are hammered with customers you rarely wait more than 10min when you order there. So friendly ? and considerate.

I love pizza.Little Caesars has decent pizza. Today's pizza is terrible. It's a thin crust, hardly any cheese and sauce. The pizza must of been sitting for hours. I've never returned a pizza before but I'm thinking of returning this one.
