First time at Mcalisters, food was great and we will definitely be back. Food was fresh, I had the chicken salad with a side salad, generous portion of salad and my husband had McAlister sandwich with soup and he loved it!

Hidden Gem!!! Being a fan of Panera this place is absolutely amazing. I ordered the Spud Potato and vegetable soup & it was delicious!

Was trying to figure out my rewards and the girl at the counter was being extremely rude. Throwing her hands up, slamming her hand on the counter. Full disrespectful additude. It's not like there was someone waiting behind us because there wasn't. Maybe she needs training on customer service, instead of having a tantrum.

We've been going here since they opened. Usually love thier food. My bf wanted a cuban for his bday and they do have a good one. When he ordered it the cashier said they couldn't make it because it takes too long to portion. Really? I work in a kitchen it takes 5 mins to portion meat. Meanwhile 3 boys are just standing in kitchen staring at us? So disappointed. We ended up leaving with nothing.

While I was ordering food for my family I heard their associates in the kitchen numerous times use the f word and loud. The associate taking orders was more worried about his phone. Another associate said something. I called to talk to the manager and they put an owner on the phone. I started to explain and he cut me off and asked if I did an online review, I said no. He said he was leaving with a catering order and asked if he could call me back. I told him yes I do understand. The owner never called me back.
