Went thru the drive thru at 915 pm tonight. Ordered chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger happy meal. The cheeseburger and fries were barely warm, and the cheeseburger was missing the diced onions.We were asked to pull forward for the nuggets. After 20 minutes of waiting, we went inside to find out what the problem was. We were ignored for almost 10 minutes, even though we we could see employees standing around. Finally received the nugget order with cold fries.Also, the inside was disgutingly dirty.

Went to get some McDonald’s breakfast and ordered some food and two frappes, got my food and was told to pull up to the line for my frappes, it took atleast ten minutes for them to bring two drinks out, and the employees were all quite un worried about my irritation. All children who don’t want to work. Very unhappy this morning.

This location have the absolute worse customer service the manager older lady wear her hair in a bun and wear glasses is always rude af never had a smile on her face and they discriminate against black customers they need to get it together or go find a job where you don’t have to work with the public and one that puts a smile on your face

I ordered inside and waited 8 to 10 minutes for my qtr pounder with cheese value meal despite being the only person at the counter. The fries were lukewarm despite being warned to be careful that they were fresh and hot as I was handed my order... it was as if they packed the fries while they told the staff they needed a quarter repeatedly and waited for it... very disappointing.

The fish sandwich was cold and hard and I could barely bite into it. I asked for Xtra tarter and there was a dot on it. Fries were old, ya I won't be back because it's everytime. Not just a fluke.

What's wrong with the workers here? I watched a manager cough into her hand and then serve an ice cream cone with her bare hand. Some lady came by and swept under my feet while I was eating but didn't bother to do the rest of the tables. Retraining needed?Personalities run this restaurant at all levels. The management of this restaurant displays on many levels that the managers rule the roost around here, and you as a customer get your food, your beverage or your coffee when they fee like giving it to you. I've witnessed it from snarky remarks made by managers to poor or improper handling of food to outright belligerence. I witnessed a manager fail to give the customer a complete order and when the customer said something, she ignore the customer and got on the phone. It was a full two minutes before anyone acknowledged the customer. And that attitude transcends management to staff. Staff are inattentive, at times. They know how managers treat customers and have learned by example.

We’ve recently had poor service at this location, them not getting our order correct. I caught it the first time, that they shorted us a 10 piece nugget and they got it for us. The second time I didn’t catch that they gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, which greatly upset my kid. Both times they forgot to give us the nugget sauce we asked for. Would not reccomend.
