This place is an amazing place for food, but I would not come in after finding out the GM manager and his wife left a seven month old, pregnant woman and another girl alone with a 17 order AND having to deal with customers. The assistant manager came in and laughed at them because of the order and knowing they were the only ones and just left. They did amazing on the food. And we’re so nice. but I would not give this establishment my money anymore if that’s how they’re treating their workers.

Went there tonight at 9:15 as was told we are closed. The door was open and I said the door says 10:00 and was told we are closed . Called Westlake store and they said we are open till 10:00 . If you are planning on going there before closing time , I would go to Westlake instead

I got a small italian and most of the contents were outside the bread. The chicken cordon was mostly bread. Cold fries. $6 for a shareable size was not what I got anyway.

So I’m from the EAST COAST so I heard that Penn Station was the closest that I was gonna get to the type of sub I wanted. Well I got there after reading reviews and it wasn’t bad. The service was good. Friendly when I walked in. Fast service. I didn’t like that a cold sub was on hot toasted bread… if I want a cold sub I don’t want hot bread. Apparently the bread doesn’t come all the way cooked so they have to toast it. Idk first timer. They don’t use raw yellow onion but accommodated me with some. And was stingy with the pickles but the sub was good. So after all the negative reviews my own experience was very good.

Honestly it’s pretty wild this place is in business with the way they treat customers. Came in an hour before close with no intention of dining in. However, instead of hearing a hello or any form of greeting, “NO DINE INS” was shouted from the other side of the place. I mean what’s the point in screaming no dine in when everyone there had to sit and wait for their food to begin with. It’s not like they were busy cleaning judging by the amount of garbage on the floor in the kitchen. I can only imagine how sanitary the kitchen is if they can’t sweep a floor. The chick with purple hair, the other with short colored hair should really consider working somewhere that doesn’t interact with the public. Whoever is running this establishment should be ashamed to have their name associated with the current staffing.

Tried Penn Station for the first time today. We ordered two Reubin's and one Chicken Cordon Blue. The subs were great and would give five stars for them. I ordered a large fry to try, the entire cup was filled with what appeared to be the short pieces that fall to the bottom of the bag. This was so disappointing and the reason for three stars in my review. I found the restaurant very clean and employees very friendly and helpful.
Thought about giving fewer stars due to the female with purple hair who took my order on 1/22/24, it's clear she hates her job and working with the public is not where she belongs. Sandwich was good, the other female who checked on me and others to see if we were satisfied was a thumbs up, the place was clean.
