I am in Cleveland on a weekend trip and wow this place was unexpectedly my favorite restaurant the entire trip. Everything was so flavorful.

First time visiting the North Olmstead location… we went at an odd time but received a warm welcome and excellent service. The food was so delicious and healthy. The place was super clean and nicely decorated. Prices were great. Parking in back - just watch the narrow‘Two way’ lane to get back there…

Just excellent. The food is fantastic with loads of flavor. Very different than your typical Asian restaurant, this is much better. The Wonton soup is extremely tasty and full of flavor. The service is above par. Just excellent all around.

We really enjoy Phnom Penh; however treat our visits as special occasions for a few different reasons. I won't dive into the likes as I think most of those are a personal preference (dish selection, flavor, etc) and opinions will most likely shift depending on the individual. There are a few areas worth touching on.Portion size: For us, this is not an issue as most restaurants tend to have very large portions. Though I can certainly understand that some people will have an issue with portion sizes being a bit on the smaller side. Again, I think they are appropriate, but if you are looking for a large meal and intend to leave stuffed, this probably isn't the place to go.Price: In our family, this is one of the biggest limiting factors. We are a family of three and struggle to stay within an $80-$100 range for a meal at Phnom Penh. Our latest visit was about $60 which included two teas, a small soup bowl, a large soup bowl, one spring roll, and a noodle dish. Our daughter loves this place, so we use it as a special occasion or reward for her...when it is in the household budget.Service: I have only seen one person running the register, taking orders, serving dishes, and bussing tables. She works hard. However at times this can lead to very slow meal times. Sometimes we get service and food to the table very quickly; other times it has taken over 45 minutes to get food to the table. So inline with the price, we plan sufficient time to eat knowing it could be awhile.Bottom line, I recommend at least trying Phnom Pehn and making you own decision; just realize it won't be a cheap or fast meal.

Prepare to wait. Over an hour for carry out. We ordered and waited. Order inaccurate and tasteless. Also watch your bill. No itemized receipt. No way to check prices. Would never go back.

I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant. I'm not from the area. I happen to be riding by the restaurant. And I decided to stop because i've never had cambodian Food before. I had my toddler with me and they were very accommodating, Quiet atmosphere and the food smelt great. I ordered one of their Cambodia noodle dishes and it's 1 of the best plates of food I've had in a long time. It was the perfect mix of sweet spicy crunchy flavorful and aromatic, I shared the meal with my toddler and she chowded down on it too. A highly recommended Stepping out of do a normal comfort zone and trying something new by trying this place.

Food portion is horrible, not worth the price at all. They’re very stingy on everything. This will be our last time going there. Waitress didn’t refill our water, there were no other customers and that probably explains it.
