Ordered three glasses of wine at nine dollars a pop the waiter. Oscar never specified if I wanted the nine or the 13 or a bottle so they naturally assumed that we were getting a $13 glass of wine. Got the bill and it was $39 absolutely not and the manager says that there was nothing he can do about it. I would not recommend this place to eat, which is at great Northern in North Olmsted, Ohio.

I’ve been here years ago, back when it was actually good and to see how far it’s gone downhill is sad. The food was disgusting and the seasonings for everything were off. There’s no consistency with the amount of sauce over pasta, either it’s dry or too saucy. The wine was old and ridiculously priced for a glass. They sell wine that normally goes for $10 for a 750ml bottle in store for $8 for 5oz. It took forever to get our food and when we did it was obvious it had sat for a bit and been reheated. Would give no stars if I could.

Food was excellent, called last minute for a large group reservation and they did everything in their power to accommodate us. Couldn't have been happier to enjoy a nice meal with family and great service by the whole staff.
Overpriced, low-quality Italian food. This chain used to have decent food, but the quality of their ingredients has declined to such a degree that Dominos can compete with them. Avoid it if possible, as there are plenty of other options in the area for good Italian food.

Food was great. Service was super slow compared to other visits.luckily we were in no rush, but a bit annoying. Waiter said he “didn't know we were in his section.”. After that service was disappointingly slow but the waiter was pleasant.
