The lady that was there yesterday was amazing. She was promot,friendly and professional. Her pizzas were perfection, and I can't reccomend her work enough! A few touches to make the establishment more welcoming would be nice but not necessary.

Always had a good experience but this time ordered at 10:30 and nothing was delivered. No one answers phone. Credit card was charged though. Not going to use them again

Love the pizza sauce! I recommend getting a side of COLD pizza sauce on the side for bread sticks or crust. It's the best!We have always had a great experience with the North Olmsted Romeo's Pizza. Staff is always friendly and the quality of food is always great.

We ordered two sandwiches and two orders of jojos for pickup and only received the jojos on the first trip. Went back to the store and the woman apologized and said “your sandwiches are coming right up”. I then waited another twenty more minutes while she made the sandwiches! Jojos were ice cold by the time that we finally ate.

Romeos pizza is so good! Love the sweet sauce and not spicy pepperoni! Crust can vary from just right to too thin. Overall, it is my go to pizza!
Love the food, delivery availability especially on BOGO Tuesday seems hit or miss.

We ordered a medium pizza yesterday with pepperoni and a side of the cinnamon sticks. Our pizza was absolutely great. The cinnamon sticks were days old, stale. We even put them in the microwave to soften them up and nope still hard as a rock. We don't get takeout often so this was a disappointment.

This is worst Romeos by far, not even close. Pizza for pick up is rarely on time. I just arrived and Pizza not even started. I am an idiot for thinking this time would be different.

Overall bad experience....ordered 1/2lb of wings only received 4 wings for 8.99. I have a food scale, so I weighed them it was only 4oz with the box. Called the store to explain that they did not give me a 1/2 like they where supposed to. Mgr claims that the wings lost 4oz cooking (such a lie, but ?) when I gave then a chance to rectifying the situation she told me to email corporate.... I can see why this store has a high turnover rate and the customer service is starting to slip away. Oh romeos employees who are looking at this, 1.25oz= 1 wing fully cooked with sauce thus 5-6 WINGS EQUALS A HALF POUND... Hopefully the owner will see this and we can come to a resolution, before I spread the rumor of the bad experience (order 58 on 2/26/22) I had.
