Ordered online from here a few times over the years, but I think its time for that to stop. 100% of the orders there's either been: items missing, items not made correctly, or stuff that's almost burned. If you need your Taco Bell fix, just choose a different one.

It’s wild how you can remove an entire position (checkout person) and still absolutely suck with your wait times and staffing. Terrible experience. Left before I got my food.

Every single time I go through this drive through they never give me any sauce. I've counted 12 times where they specifically ask you what sauce you want, and somehow still never put it in the bag. I'm wondering if it's an inside joke for them to ask what kind you want and you get nothing instead. Like why ask me in the first place if it's "you'll get nothing and like it"?

Service is extremely slow! If you have a large order in the drive thru, common courtesy is to keep guests moving and have them move forward and bring their order out when it’s ready… the staff at this location keep cars in lines until their order is ready, even when they’re 8 cars deep. They also frequently mess up the order and forget sauce. Management needs help to fix this location. There is a reason they have 3 stars on here.
