This Wendy's is a mess. No offense to the people trying their best, but this place is clearly poorly managed.Stale buns. Warms salads. Soggy chicken sandwiches.But the good thing is it only takes 30 mins for them to prepare your fast food.

I only ordered two Frostys. There wasn't anyone taking the counter orders.Finally got my two Frostys and they were filled about three quarters full.I bought the large size and they are $3.99. I surely didn't get my money's worth.The service was not friendly. And hurried.I'm not sure if I was asked to give a tip. If so, I declined.I wasn't happy at all with this Wendy's and I won't be back.

Bro this is the worst run wendys I’ve ever seen I used to work at Wendy’s like a couple years ago I could’ve ran it better today myself very disappointing. First they took 45 minutes in the drive thru and there was 5 cars. Multiple people pulled over to go inside just to place there order. I order my food and then they take forever at the window just to hand me the wrong food. I had to hold up the line even longer for them to remake the order. Since they give me the wrong food they left out all the sauce I ordered. There was hair in my double and they made it wrong . This is completely a fail and a waste of time and money I would take on any challenge you may throw my way let me run the store for a day and I will fill out more orders than this store does in a week. This Wendy's is consistently good with food and service. The new look is awesome! I wish they would have faced the wall fireplace towards the inside of the dining room but it still looks great and is clean!

Just skip past this fast food joint. There's better options that won't have workers making visible signals that they are annoyed with you. Options that won't have a worker making you feel uncomfortable by slamming the drink on the counter. The saddest part was this was the example that was set for my two year old son.

Ordered two biggie bags, called the store after they messed up my order the first time they replaced it, and when I got home they still managed to mess my order up after I told the young lady at the window the right order.... But they still made two burgers instead of a burger and chicken.

Ordered a cheeseburger at drive thru. 2 people in store only me in drive thru. Was told to park in front and they would bring out. Over 15 minutes and 3 employees staring at me thru the window I left. Amounts to theft in my book.

Pretty terrible. Needs new management asap or needs to just get closed down at this point. Waited almost 20 minutes for the food even though there was one other person ahead of me. I could see behind the counter that there were workers just standing there doing nothing. Could they not have just put some fries in or something? It can’t be that hard. Whoever that blonde manager lady is was super rude. She gave off bad vibes and she obviously doesn’t treat her staff well nor does she do a good job at teaching and managing them. Drive thru always takes forever too. Doesn’t seem like any of the workers ever know what they’re doing. Food is always nearly cold by the time it finally gets handed to me and I get home to eat it. By that point I’m worried about getting food poisoning from it because it’s hard to believe that a place this horribly run has any regards to staying sanitary and clean.
