Coupon blunder! Arrived at the drive-thru at 8:45 p.m. on a Thursday. Couldn't get my coupon to work in the McDonald's app. Devin was nice enough to take the time to help me. What a wonderful employee. Thank you Devin for making my experience so positive! Keep on doing the great work.

got avon lake beat.cannot even fix shake machine .always down but now broken for few weeks now and get the soupy shakes gone .ridgeville beats the pants of avon lakes.worth the short trip to get great everything here. sorry shoremen town , have gone down hill.

All things considered, this is a fast food place. I've never had such a terrible experience that it would cause me to never go there when I want a McDonald's burger. I'd say the service is pleasant and the orders are correct 95% of the time.

One of the drive thru attendees was great, the other just seems to really hate their job. The food...well, the buns used on our sandwiches were so hard we didn't eat them. The fries were good, though. Lol. It may have just been an off day because this is not normal for that location.

Ordered a quater pounder w/cheese and a cheesburger at 5:58 pm on 2/1/24, was told to wait ar order pick up lane. After seeing many orders delivered asked person about our order, at 6:17 went inside to enquire and asked blue shirted person running the front about our order, she said it was resubmitted and coming. 5 minutes later she stuffed it in the bag, and I told her with my receipt that there was also a cheeseburger at which she stuffed it in the bag and grudgingly said have a nice day. Won't go back ever, what ever happened to fast food? No apology, also noticed another person who had a happy meal return with receipt come back to get a shorted menu item at the same to make order correct.
Exceptional service and food. From the person who took order, took payment, and the young man who gave me the food. Chicken sandwich had tons of pickles what a nice surprise.
