BEWARE! THEY DONT HAVE DRIVERS AND USE DOORDASH TO DELIVER YOUR ORDER WITHOUT TELLING YOU!! DoorDash gives zero updates as to where your order is. Marcos does not tell you they’re using DoorDash so you wait two plus hours for your food. Our food did not arrive and DoorDash is zero help! Our food was given to the wrong address. Had I had an update about my order, I would’ve gone and gotten it myself like I ended up doing g anyway. We did get a refund but absolutely unacceptable!!! I called after an hour and a half of waiting and told them I was on my way to get my pizza yet when I arrive the pizza was picked up. IF YOU TALK TO A CUSTOMER AND THEY SAY THEYRE ON THEIR WAY FOR THEIR FOOD, KEEP THEIR FOOD AT THE RESTAURANT!!! Or how about you CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW WHATS GOING ON!!! This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with Marcos and I have faithfully gone only to Marcos for pizza for YEARS!!! This is not the first time this happened but this was definitely the worst experience we’ve had. Terrible customer care!!!

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery and after 60 minutes we call for a update just for them to say they are waiting for door dash? We ordered from Marco’s not door dash so why not let the customer know this? So we tell them hold the order we will pick it up and leave to pick it up, arrive at the store and they let door dash take it anyway and we get back before the pizza. but the best part is the order never even arrived at all. So we call door dash and they fuddle around trying to find the order and we say we want redelivery and they call Marcos and are told we picked up the order. Honestly its 100% Marcos fault for not telling customers ahead of time that when you order delivery they are not even delivering it. My opinion of them has tanked. Just plain terrible service.

Ordered 1 large pepperoni pizza, 1 small pizza no cheese just sauce and cheezy bread at 536 they said it would be an hour delivery. I call up at about 7 to check they said they are understaffed and they are waiting on door dash to pick up. Gave no time on when that would be so I said I will just pick it up. I get there pick it up and drive away. opened the pizza and sure enough the just sauce pizza has cheese on it. So I turn around and ask if I can just get a refund on the small pizza. I Didnt want to wait any longer as the rest of the food was already getting cold. The lady said no refund could be given..but she could give us a credit for next time...(Im not going back) . So had no choice but to wait for them to make another. They offered nothing to make the experience right. My other pizza was cold by the time I got back. I guess they were understaffed on drivers...but they had 5 people at the shop making pizzas. I get being understaffed. But even if they wernt they still would have delivered the wrong pizza.

Really enjoyed this speciality pizza. I don't usually like or eat the crust, but this crust was very good, nice & light! We would order this pizza again!!!

Ok. I asked for extra pizza sauce as I did not want a dry pizza. In the past when I asked I got the correct amount of sauce. However today there was four times the amount of pizza sauce than usual. When I got the pizza home all the cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms slid off leaving me with a ton of sauce on the crust. I tried my best to get the toppings back on pizza but it was swimming in the pizza sauce so this is disappointing as I was looking forward to enjoying my pizza.

I'm a sucker for Anchovies and Onion on a pizza. This place always has them on hand and pleases my wife and I. As for service, always get it to go. Live only a block away, so I have no idea. Call, order, and pickup. Same with Ambiance, never noticed anything about it, pick up my Pizza and go. Only positive thing I can say is there are four other pizza places I won't get Pizza from, and they are as close.
