Service was excellent. Wings were way overcooked. When I asked why, I was asked if I asked for extra crispy. I said no. Then I was told the way I got them was regular. I asked if I could request not as done next time. She said no, if they come out too done they would recook or cook more. Didn't sound good. The drumets had 2 small crunchy bites. The paddles were cooked till meat was gone! 1st and last time for us! ??

This place has a great atmosphere yet food and service were lacking! Our first time here for a birthday celebration. My chicken salad was actually really good, but the wings were in need of resuscitation... They looked like they had been cooked a week before and reheated. I may be over exaggerating, but only a by a little. In my pics, you can clearly see this isn't something that should be served, especially after the price, AND THE UP CHARGE for prices going up??? Bar rescue 101, do not slap a miscellaneous charge to your customers!! You gently raise your prices!! When we all got our bills, we saw a "checkout adjustment" for a few dollars. That is so confusing and really tacky. Also, the other dinners were mediocre at best. Had I not seen the other reviews, I may have chucked this up to a bad night for the staff. It wasn't even that busy.When we first walked in, we were stared at by a few workers and never greeted. Finally, we found they had the bigger tables for larger parties in the back, on our own. Sat down and patiently waited. Never offered a refill, so I had to make a trip to the bar where their hangout was.At these prices, miscellaneous fees, and services, our whole group agreed we would not be back.

On 2/22/2024 my father took my kids and I to dinner. We were greeted after 10 minutes by a server who did not introduce herself.She brought our drinks after 10 minutes, and we wanted to start with an appetizer. She took our order and our appetizer of buffalo chicken dip and chips came out, immediately followed by our food.Two different servers brought us our food, my father had to physically get up to ask for refills for my children under 10 and 3.When he approached our actual server who took our drink order and food order to ask for our kids to get refilled, she told him no she clocked out and continued to take selfies and take shots out the bar with her friends in her work attire. Then he walked back to our table with empty cups.She didn't tell anybody we needed refills, and some girl who came into her shift on time, said the server who was suppose to relieve our original server was late. And the late server never even stopped by.I had to physically get up and ask for boxes, and our check. I at least left the tip for the girl who actually checked on us, and we got 15% off.I guess to sum this up, we thought it was very rude, inconsiderate , and trashy of our server to literally tell us no to refills because she clocked out in the middle of service. We took care of our own table on our own. It was an absolutely awful experience for our first time every visiting. Between my father and I, we have been residents for over 50 years, and this was absolutely unacceptable. We will not be returning. I have 15 years of serving experience, and never have I worked or been to a restaurant with such poor service.

I got the chicken quesadilla and my two friends each got different subs (one was a cheese steak and I can't remember the name of the other one). One had a side of fries, the other onion wings. Everything was awesome and the portions were huge! The quesadilla was so big my husband and I split my leftovers for dinner that night! Bonus - they sell pull tickets and we spent $30 and won $100!!! We'll be back for sure!!

The worst service , terrible bar staff and the drinks and food sucked. I’ll never go back. This was the second time we’ve been there. Both times were the same. Terrible.

This place has alot of potential, but lacks in service and atmosphere mostly. The service is a toss up. We have had an awesome server before and we have had a not so good server. If you sit outside, be prepared to wait a while in between being checked on. We had to go inside so ask for boxed and our check.
