Was told pizza ready on the tracker and when I got to window they said it will be another 7 minutes because they don't know where my pizza went and had to make me a new one. Obviously it went to someone else. Don't you have someone keeping track of what orders are going where. They went above and beyond and corrected the mistake be giving me a free pizza. Was not expecting that. Thank you

We buy Marco’s almost weekly. But the last 3 orders have been terrible. If you show up at the time your pizza is ready, you will wait a minimum of 20-30 minutes in line. For food that is already done. This is because they do not open the lobby, so everyone waits at the drive thru window. And everyone knows they wait, so people show up early and then just sit at the window for 5 minutes while they finish their order. I’ve also shown up recently and clearly you could tell they didn’t have my online order even entered. Until they open the lobby (simply for order pickup, not even for eat-in), we’re going to have to pass on this location. The kids will be disappointed!

Have had their pizza several times, always perfect prior to tonight. Starting off, when I called in and placed the pickup order, I was told the industry standard 20 minutes and in the past that was pretty accurate. Not tonight. From the time I called in until the food was in my hands was 1 hour. Yes they were busy and multiple vehicles were parked waiting. 20 minutes IS NOT AN HOUR! You don’t tell multiple customers 20 minutes and make them wait an hour. Making things worse, I immediately felt the pizza and it was barely warm. Finally, there was almost no sauce and historically Marco’s sauce is what makes it. Poor turn around time, lonnnnnggggg wait, tasteless.

So good! I love the food and everything seems worth the price! I buy a large plain cheese (like a child I know), cheesy bread, and my fiancé gets all different kinds. I just tried the wings because they had a discount and they were awesome! Only thing I’d suggest is a better drive thruVegetarian options: Build your own section obviously is good. There’s pizzas with no meats on it as well.

I've never had a problem with this location till today. I ordered my cheese bread cooked lightly mine were over done with very little cheese. They wanted me to bring them back I live 30 min away. I've been going here for years and they refused to work with me so this is why the bad review.

Pizza was delivered fast and efficient. Pizza was piping hot.... delivery driver very courteous and even brought plates we are at a hotel.... definitely 5 star tonight.
