Went on an evening when the owner had posted on Facebook about a special. Tried a $12 pizza! Easily could feed 3 people comfortably. Great food, great atmosphere for the kids with free old school arcade games in the corner lobby . Heard they also have a large delivery area!

I’ve been wanting to try Gilby’s for a while, but after an exchange on Facebook where the owner(?) told me I was missing out if I hadn’t tried their food, I decided to finally give it a try. I can confirm, he was correct, I was missing out. The bosco sticks lasted about 37 seconds in my house and everything we ordered was incredible. The pizza wasn’t too greasy and had a good amount of toppings. The prices are extremely fair for the quality of what you’re getting. This is a 10/10 for me, I will definitely be ordering again. Owner seems like a great dude and the food was awesome.

One thing you don't do is mess with the size of somebody's pizza, if you need to raise the price a little bit you raise the price you don't change the size of your pizzas and raise the price it's a pretty quick way to go out of business and push people to other pizza shops you might want to rethink your strategies I've had the pizza and I don't think it's that good but you know to each their own.

Ordered for the first time tonight and my only regret is that we didn't order sooner! We hardly ever order out for pizza but from now on, when we do; it'll be Gilby's pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pickle pizza, and a cheeseburger foldover. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was thin and crispy but not too crispy. There wasn't much sauce on the pizza but it didn't need a lot of sauce because the sauce had a great taste and seasoning. Also, the pizza was NOT super greasy like the other mom and pop shops! I do have to say that it's hands down some of the best pizza I've had. The cheeseburger foldover was miles ahead of the competition! Would prefer maybe a thicker or different kind of crust for the foldover but the taste was wayyy better than the competition! We spent $40 including delivery fee for a family of 5 AND we have leftovers; you can't beat that! Not to mention the smooth ordering process. The guy who took our order was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was also polite and professional. We were quoted a half hour or so for delivery but got it in under a half hour and we live out of town! On top of that, it was hot and fresh when we opened it! Super impressed all around ??P.S. We loved it so much we couldn't get pictures before little hands got a hold of it ?
Bradley Gilbert, the owner is such an amazing soul, allowing my teenager to make his own pizza. I love that there are free arcade games available if you are waiting. The crew is very friendly and the food is delicious. I've ordered delivery from them plenty of times but going there for pizza was a very delightful new experience. I would recommend.Kid-friendliness: Allowed my son to make his own pizza!! Took him step by step through the process. It will be a core memory for him. Very friendly atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience and will be going back again. The owner was extremely friendly, the food was great, and the prices are extremely affordable. They were even kind enough to sell me dough to use in the pizza oven I got for Christmas. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
