“Was told pizza ready on the tracker and when I got to window they said it will be another 7 minutes because they don't know where my pizza went and had to make me a new one. Obviously it went to someone else. Don't you have someone keeping track of what orders are going where. They went above and beyond and corrected the mistake be giving me a free pizza. “The Pit Pie! That is all that needs to be said! It's incredible! We drive an hour to get it and any time we are even remotely close to it we will swing by to get this pizza! It's top 3 best pizza I have ever had! The pit pie is basically a pizza with a thin crust on top, basted in garlic butter and cheese, and cooked like a pie! Get the garlic butter on the inside and top and you won't be sorry! The prices are a little high but it's a great locally owned business that has carved its own niche in the saturated pizza market! I tried this place on a whim and it has become a family staple! Try it and I bet it will become a regular for you too!“

“We brought in a large group boys and parents after a basketball game at the rec. BP and his team went above and beyond in working with a large group. They did a great job stocking up the buffet, and kept track of all the different groups quite well when it came time to pay. With all of the dine in pizza options mostly still closed in the area, East of Chicago Norwalk is a great option for youth teams, birthday pizza before/after a trip to the movie theater, etc.“

“Overall this place is amazing but not that people would really complain about excessive sausage on their pizza but I actually will complain on that part because it was like they poured an entire bowl of sausage on my meat lovers Pizza even though we didn't even ask for extra of anything but I give a five-star because the pizza is always great“

“We had a wrestling tournament, and couldnt eat pizza in front of our wrestlers, so we grabbed a large to go pizza and ate it in the car before the match. Kids raved, loved it, husband and I loved it. I would have liked it a little more well done, but it was still great! “Ordered for the first time tonight and my only regret is that we didn't order sooner! We hardly ever order out for pizza but from now on, when we do; it'll be Gilby's pizza. We ordered a cheese pizza, a pickle pizza, and a cheeseburger foldover. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was thin and crispy but not too crispy. There wasn't much sauce on the pizza but it didn't need a lot of sauce because the sauce had a great taste and seasoning. Also, the pizza was NOT super greasy like the other mom and pop shops! I do have to say that it's hands down some of the best pizza I've had. The cheeseburger foldover was miles ahead of the competition! Would prefer maybe a thicker or different kind of crust for the foldover but the taste was wayyy better than the competition! We spent $40 including delivery fee for a family of 5 AND we have leftovers; you can't beat that! Not to mention the smooth ordering process. The guy who took our order was very polite and helpful. The delivery driver was also polite and professional. We were quoted a half hour or so for delivery but got it in under a half hour and we live out of town! On top of that, it was hot and fresh when we opened it! Super impressed all around ??P.S. We loved it so much we couldn't get pictures before little hands got a hold of it ?“
