PATHETIC!! ordered Fish and Cheddar got an ice cold piece of fish with strings of something they said was lettuce. Took into restaurant to have remade. While waiting, the counter girls kept dropping the chocolate sauce on the floor and picking up and using without cleaning it off. Girls said my fries just came out of the fryer, yet, you could hold them and they were cold. If Norwood Board of Health allows this store to stay open, I question their professional ethics.

I ordered a double bnc and a four piece mozzarella sticks. What I got was a regular bnc and three mozzarella sticks. It was not a busy night, and I was the only driver in line. The service at this location has gone down.
Place is a joke the order taker made two cars leave because she was yelling at them and laughing about it. They said the shake machine was down but I’m pretty sure they’re just to lazy to do their jobs. I won’t come back here again. I would recommend to get food any where else.
