Cancun SUCKS! Norwood is DUMP and this place is in the CENTER of it! I had a "Monster" Strawberry marg... I proceeded to black out... Additionally, the waiter whose name I believe was "Javier" was beyond inappropriate and a total trainwreck. The place is dirty, the kitchen is disgusting. Overpriced and all the antics. I will never be returning.

This place is a complete mess. The last time I was here my 13 year old son was inappropriately touched by the wildly energetic dru**ed out waiter! I was in complete disbelief and horror. Not to mention, I saw the waiters pick up the so called "queso" aka slop with their bare hands, MANHANDLING it into the bowl. I mean seriously? My time at this facility continued to go downhill when my enchiladas were chewed up before served? I was on the toilet for hours after my stay and I'm not ashamed to say it. If you need a laxative, I guess take a trip.

This was a great experience with a very authentic mexican feel. Waiter was great, food and drinks were good. The issue came was when a lady, I assume the girlfriend of a manager, started playing terrible music, far too loud over the speakers. Taunting members of my party and being rude overall. Honestly ruined the experience. Edited from 3 star to 1. The woman, who was being blatantly rude, proceeded to give us shit when we were walking out. She was friends with a manger she said. I left a good tip but she made me wish I didn't leave anything. I will leave this 1 star review on her behalf. She was obese and I anticipate her death within the next 10 years due to heart complications.

My experience was horrible they brought out the wrong margarita and it sat at our table for at least 10 minutes as we all talked and laughed around the wrong margarita Juan who was our guy and he brought us the correct margarita and took the old margarita and dumped it right back into the margarita machine and poncho the manager said it was ok… and was rude about it as well HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

So I go Cancun in Norwood the guy bought me my margarita but it was frozen I wanted on ice I was sick and sneezing he took drink back and poured it rt bk in the machine I asked him why did he pour it bk in machine he said because we will sell it later. Then I asked him did they have roaches he said yes so what and they didn't care bout reviews it won't stop ppl from coming wtf!

Order lunch a BOWL well apparently they do not know how to take an order I wanted a BOWL NOT a WRAP waste of my lunch and time so I get to go back to work and not eat because it was gross waste of my money!!!!! Will never advise anyone to go to this placeDietary restrictions: I don't eat wraps I am very pick about my food I explained I wanted a burrito BOWL not the wrap ! I didn't eat it it was disquisition.!!!! Thanks for ruining a lunch I paid over 10 dollars for. I didn't even get what I asked for on it no corn or cheese like I requested I stated everything I wanted and the girl red it back to me and still not right I deserved my money back !!!!!! Wasn't even busy my order was the only one sitting there and people were sitting around WOW all I have to say ! I called for manager and was told they were not there!

New decor, seating looks very nice. The service is good and the burrito mexicano even better.
Food was great. Was ready in just 10 mins for pickup, quick friendly , music playing when you walk in I was ready for a margarita!!
Bring your resources and order up some fancy Mexican cuisine. Try the delicious "flan". Plenty of seating and free parking
