Worst taco Bell ever we got double beef burrito ? that had no meat what so ever plus got beefy nachos had no nachos it looks like the bottom of the bag small piece oh let's not forget it took them 20min. And when we got home which is only 2min.away your food was cold and we tried to call them at least 10 times no answer we will not be eating there every!!!!!

This location needs to do something about their rude workers. Had a worker at the register tonight turn us down to take our order by saying “im not taking anymore orders”. It was 7 pm and the door was unlocked…. Get your location in check. On top of that she had a smirky attitude.
Everytime I get A Quesadilla and ask for Sour Cream YOU GUYS NEVER PUT IT IN, despite telling you multiple times that I still haven’t got it, then when pull up in the parking lot you guys then come and say you don’t have anymore Sour Cream, like this place is trash and its employees, never going back.
Don't eat here. I know ppl that deliver the food to Taco Bell. The meat is already seasoned, in a pouch. Oil rarely changed when frying and it's FILTHY inside and coolers stink. Do you all EVER change the oil you fry your items in? I doubt it.

Literally any fast food restaurant in this plaza in Norwood is terrible. I was polite as can be. They tried to charge me for a regular cup of WATER, because they ran out of the actual water cups they use. So making me pay for a cup I'm not even actually buying the product of soda or tea in? Since when did we begin charging people for water? Employees were rude and laughing after I asked for the manager, who then said the manager was busy and that she would tell her my complaint. I explained that's exactly why I wanted to speak to the manager because it was beyond her problem. So then she told me to come in, in which I did just to have this said manager argue with me and be rude about it. This was the "AGM" that I spoke to, as she states her title is, claiming the GM made that rule. My other problem was the attitudes from not just her, but the employees. You don't like your job? Don't work there, nobody is forcing you to be there. Don't take it out on other people because you're miserable. Absolutely sad people actually act like that. I'll definitely be putting in a word to this said GM making rules over a drink of water also and done going to this location. At least Red Bank isn't as rude.

The food here was fine.. like it wasn't gross.. but I guess there wasn't enough to go off of. We literally paid out the wazoo and got hardly anything. I even buy EXTRA on my burritos so I can get full off of it. Nope, I ate 3 burritos, and I could still eat more. While we were there, everyone in front of us had to take their order back. It was very clean and the man at the front was nice. However, they act like they need every bit of supply to feed the world. I had maybe 6 small potatoes on my regular potato taco and like 10 on my one with EXTRA. My mother inlaw got the steak fries... an I won't even start on that. I would recommend yall get some people in there who want customers to come back.
