The customer service is dry! Food portions are extremely small. I asked for a bean salad and it appears like I received a spoon full of beans and the rest lettuce and cheese. For a large salad it was $15 and a small $8 very expensive for the portions given. When I asked for more beans I had to pay an additional $2. I used to love Taco Casa but they have went down hill with their customer service, prices and food portions. Oh and the guy that prepares the food has no personality. Unfortunate that the business don’t hire people that enjoy working for them.Vegetarian options: They do have vegetarian options but the food portions are extremely small. Not worth the cost.

I would give it a 5, I'm there on the regular, and will return regularly. This time, they really screwed up my order. I ordered a small taco salad with extra meat. I was charged and received a large taco salad with almost no meat.In short, I paid for more than what I ordered, and received less than what I paid for.

Anytime I'm close to a Taco Casa, I've got to stop in. Since I'm in Kentucky, I don't often get to. The taco salad is their specialty, but I love the Burrito boat. I'll be back but it may be awhile.

First timer at this location. Bottom line is I ordered too much food. Tacos were ok, tostito pretty good but I was not a fan of the enchilada. Sides of rice and beans cost more than what was on their menu board. Interior was garish with bold colors so I am glad I did a carryout. Once a year visit at most.

So I always get this on Tuesday never had a problem had my husband go last night on a Thursday and the turkey meat was horrible!!!! I called the store to see if they changed the meat and the manager tried to tell me it was the same no way dude I know the difference!!!! With out customers you wouldn’t have a business please get it together.

I liked the flavor but it was a little small. My receipt clearly says no tomato and they gave me like a full tomato that was ice cold diced up and plopped in the middle not even separated

I order my food on like and there is an option for sauce on the side! I NEVER select it but someone adds it to my ticket order ! that is NOT what I ordered I should get a refund for it not being made how I want it ! It is a salad I don't care you uber or door dash gives refunds for cold food It is a SALAD! Manager is not professional the staff hung up on me for asking for cooperate! most unprofessional place I have ever been too and I have been going to taco Casa for many years it is a shame cannot get my order right !
