Called ahead for fried food and said I was less than 2minutes away so I would be there when they called my name over the speaker. Lady taking my order said that's good it'll be between 5-10 minutes and took my name.They never called out my name and when I called back the girl said we don't call out on orders placed over the phone. Then why would the lady tell me they would and took my name? Instead of apologizing for THEIR mistake the girl got an attitude and said well you'll have to wait in line if you want this food knowing it was already old and the line was 10plus people long.The service in that place is garbage.
