Decent food. But check your food and bag before leaving. They always get it wrong. And keep extra napkins and straws in your car…because they sure won’t give it to you in the bag- they’ll just give you an attitude when you ask for them

Worst food I have ever had, fries were cold and less than half full, ordered chili cheese fries got disgusting baconator fries with almost non edible crusty cheese caked on cold fries, and the Cinnabon desert was stale and tasted like it was days old. If I could give no stars I would. HIGHLY DISSATISFIED.

Went to get a "quick" burger for my wife and I. Granted, it was the lunch rush, but I waited in the drive thru for 50 minutes. Burger was on-brand tasty for Wendy's, it's why I went there. Fries were lukewarm. Drive-thru line was tidy and landscaping was well kept.Next time I'll just go to the nearby Aldi or Walmart to buy burger ingredients and cook them myself, it would be way faster.

The Oberlin Wendy's is a pig pen!! I was there last Saturday at about 1pm and ordered inside. The kitchen had so much trash on the floor that I simply walked out! The Lorain County Health Department should close this place!!

Attitude from half the employees.When gone drive thru and order extra of anything you get charged for it but rarely ever have it on your sandwich. If any of it at all. Ask for extra mayo just to get down the road a bit and bite into a bone dry sandwich because they didn't put any on it.

This Wendy’s is so rude cussing at her costumers.. they don’t deserve any stars in my book.. took them 10 mins to just knowledge us at the window and when ask for a manager she totally yelled at us like ma’am I work in fast food too and I’m not like that with my paying customers. DO NOT GO HERE AND THERE WAS BUGS IN MY FOOD GROSS..

Service was terrible and the order taker was extremely rude, gave no greeting and had an attitude. They told us that they were only serving nuggets and fries, we tried ordering baconator fries without the cheese sauce since they were out but did not tell us that we couldn’t order them until we got to the window and rushed us to leave. As someone who works customer service, this is disappointing.

I work second shift. So I usually head here after 10p, when I go. This location is a hellscape at night. I think I've been served only twice in the 6 or 7 times I've gone. It's always some ridiculous excuse, my most recent one 'you need to order at least 5 items'. Other excuses range from 'computer down' or 'cash only'. I've told them thru the speaker they should just change their hours and close earlier if they aren't trying to serve! Entrees I've gotten have been decent, fries are usually a cold embarrassment tho.Just have some self respect and change your hours to close earlier. Management too burnt out to do a good job.
