“Met my friend here for coffee. It's small but cute and airy and the baristas are eager to answer any questions. They even gave us a sample of the bubble tea to try which is SO good btw. They have the cutest mugs I've ever seen by the register. Definitely hit this spot up instead of a chain“

“I have returned from my hiatus to speak on behalf of parable (again). Pastries just wake me up like nothing else. I say that but every time I try to get to parable "early" (i.e., before 10am), I fail to do so ;'( But it's ok! These days there are still goodie pastries available for the sleepy birbs (hurrah) Unfortunately, my gastrointestinal system did not hunger at that hour of the morn, so the spinach artichoke danish was a bit of an underwhelming experience, even though the danish was freshly toasted ;'( I liked the chip though (cronch). Otherwise, it kind of gave artichoke dip but served in a pastry vessel instead of a plastic container. I enjoyed the honey grapefruit brûlée circle croissant and guava cream cheese pastelito more. Neither were too sweet and both had nice crispity crunchities! Service was very thoughtful as well! Whenever staff brought pastries to someone's table, they'd always ask if the person would like a fork and would then go run and grab one. I personally prefer to go feral on my food with my fingers but the gesture seemed very kind. Also, I'm pretty sure the entire album of The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess was played. We stan queer icons“

“The Bacon Egg Breakfast Sandwich was absolutely delicious! We split one between the two of us and were not disappointed. The price($10) was a bit high, but after eating it, I understand why. The quality of ingredients were definitely superior to other breakfast sandwiches we've had. YUM! We would definitely go back to try more items. Thank you!“

“I love this place. The best bubble tea in town. I’ve been going here since they first opened when I lived nearby. I live across town now, but I will still drive to get their tea. It’s that good. The Just Peachy is the best peach iced tea I’ve ever had. I also love so many of their other drinks as well. The service is great too.“

“The best pancakes! I love this place. Great food at a great price, very affordable. The customer service is fantastic. It's small inside so with food this good and great prices and service you can expect a wait on weekends but it's so worth it. Best little diner around.“

“This is top 2 best bakeries coming from a CA girly. My first time visiting Ohio and we came back 3 times in a week. The minimal design showcasing all the fantastic desserts was beautiful. We had the pistachio tart, chocolate bombe & crème brûlée eclair. I DIED! The eclair was our favorite, perfect execution of texture and sweetness. Its a must if you're debating on what to choose. The tart was next fav and chocolate bombe was good but I prefer cake over a mousse. Tried all the seasonal drinks. The honey butter latte was the winner. Staff is professional and friendly. The cherry on top would be if there were more seating inside or outside. Im obsessed with this place and it'll always be a non-negotiable when I visit.“

“By recommendation, I popped by Bake Me Happy to find a good treat. I ended up with a coffee cake muffin. It had cinnamon inside and frosting on top. The appearance was fantastic. I'm not used to gluten free, but I'm trying. So that I could eat it immediately, I got a chair out of my hatch and sat right there in the parking lot to enjoy it. It's cool to get a feel for the neighborhood. These guys have all sorts of ground coffee, gluten-free beer, tea, dry goods and refrigerated items, along with actual coffee shop items. This building used to be an old post office. They moved to this location about 2 years ago. It's a mile or so from the old spot, but has way better car and foot traffic. I would definitely have gotten some more stuff, but I'm about to have a hell of a day in Columbus.#onforkstoforks #eatlocal #foodie #coffeeshop #GlutenFree #donuts“

“I have passed multiple times and had the time today to stop in. It was everything a neighborhood coffee shop should be: great aroma of coffee and food, wifi, eclectic mix of tables/bar stools/pamphlets, and a super friendly barista! The house blend was really great and excellent taste. Will be back - with a few friends!! “

“Such a great spot. If I lived closer I would definitely frequent this place. I like that they take there coffee seriously but also make it easy to order something delicious (unlike some pretentious coffee shops). I had the best orange mocha of my life here and will return some day to have one again. They also have a fun collection of magnets, stickers, books, and the like for sale. Plenty of seating!Parking: Street parking available.“

“I'll bump up my original review. I tried the apple fritter before leaving Columbus and it was great. I love apple fritters and if I'm somewhere that has them I'll try it. This was big, light and fluffy and delicious. Some get too heavy and greasy, this one was just right. Well done.“

“Literally anything you get is amazing. We got the Tirumusu Latte Iced and it was so good! Don’t skip out on the savory baked goods - we had some kind of mushroom one that was so tasty! We went back the next day that is just how great it was!“

“Nice area to get work done. The WiFi seemed questionable at times but I'd need to go back a few times for a better assessment. Staff all nice. Parking was free with 3hr limit posted on the signs. It was sunny when I went and enjoyed a calm walk exploring the area when I was done. I plan to come back periodically.“

“Food was good, not the best but good. Service was excellent. My strawberry shortcake pancakes were good, they were a little raw. Sft very good. Eggs Benedict were ok, avocado was too ripe. The sauce on the eggs was bland. No flavor at all.“

“I am no coffee connoisseur. I couldn’t tell the difference between a drip coffee and a pour over if my life depended on it. From what I hear from the community, TWCH has amazing coffee. I go for lattes and cappuccinos and the fresh local baked goods supplied by Slice of Heaven Bakery. Now they’ve got a taco truck on site, which is the icing on the cake for us. The best part about TWCH is *The Vibes*. It is an awesome place to get together to have a meeting with someone. You can sit outside or in, as they have picnic benches and tables outside. On the weekends, you can catch local neighbors hanging out and chatting. It’s the perfect place to meet locals. And TWCH supports local businesses and local community non profits. Their commitment to the local community makes them extra special. This symbiosis puts them a cut above anyone else, in my opinion. I’m glad they’re in my neighborhood. It’s safe and inviting and I love it. The murals are the best!!Kid-friendliness: I never feel weird bringing my young toddler in there. He loves jumping off the curbs and playing outside we the picnic benches. Traffic is never so bad that I’m concerned about his safety and the parking lot is separated really well from where he likes to play.“

“This is my favorite coffee shop in Columbus, because of the owner, the best barista in Columbus. Raymond is passionate about coffee and teaching others about how his products are sourced, and what makes them unique. He comes up with great specialty drinks with various herbs, spices, and fruit to keep things interesting in case you want to mix it up a little and try something new. His staff are well trained and knowledgeable about what they're making, and their expertise shines through all their drinks and snacks.Dietary restrictions: Coconut, oat, soy milk alternatives.Parking: Giant parking lot that fills up fast on the weekend.“

“My Husband & I are so grateful to Woodhouse Vegan for hosting & catering our intimate 40 person wedding in September 2022. My husband and I are both vegan, and found the prospect of finding vegan catering for our small wedding daunting. We were thrilled that Woodhouse, one of the best vegan restaurants in Columbus, was open to not only catering our wedding, but also hosting it! Carla & the entire Woodhouse team made our big day incredible!! They did a fantastic job communicating prior to the wedding- we spoke via email, text, phone, and in person at the Woodhouse space. They answered all of our questions & provided helpful suggestions for how the night should run. On the day of our wedding they were flexible and provided us the stress-free easy going atmosphere we were hoping for. Carla kindly whispered a few things in our ears as the night went on letting us know how the bar tab was doing and to check in prior to serving each course. We had so much fun! The entire Woodhouse team helped us craft a delicious multi-course meal that our vegan and non-vegan guests loved. Their drinks were also fantastic! They happily catered to a few picky eaters on the guest list, as well as provided some non-alcoholic options for our non-drinking guests. The atmosphere was gorgeous, as always, and we were thrilled to use both the patio and indoor space. With 40 guests the space felt lively but not crowded. We even had space to install a small archway in the patio for the ceremony. We’re so grateful to the whole Woodhouse team for all they did to make our dream wedding day come to life!“

“This place is so cute! There's typically a crowd from the business above that comes in at 9am but the baristas are quick! And they don't sacrifice flavor in their espresso or coffees for how quick they are!! I highly recommend their iced lattes with oat milk. If you are celiac or gluten free like me they have a couple of options like kind bars, gf oatmeal cups, and this protein bar (my personal fav)! Their bagels and muffins look great too! Love the atmosphere and definitely a must-go place if you're looking for a great cup of coffee in Columbus!“

“I love coming here. There are so many choices. They even serve coffee for the not to keen on bolba drinkers. I try a new one each time I go in, and on my last visit, I got the unicorn milk latte, and l loved it! They have comfortable seating and an atmosphere where studying or just hanging out is perfect. They even have a few board games you can pull out and play. There's also a small bookshelf with books to read for the book lovers. Wonderful place and yummy drinks! The prices are pretty good too. Paid about $12 for two drinks.“

“Winston's Coffee and Waffles has outstanding customer service and a deliciously unique take on your favorite breakfast foods.I ordered The Baron which is an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich served between two warm, fluffy and slightly sweet waffles. Their lattes are also very good, they have a list of seasonal flavors/drinks, and their barista will happily alter your drink if it doesn’t taste just right. If you go and really enjoy it, I recommend getting one of their punch cards to work towards getting yourself a free gift card.“

“Greatest coffee in Columbus. Specifically the German village location. Friendliest staff, cleanest facilities, great tasting coffee with a variety of options. Love the new addition of the seating area in the back- great spot to read, but the music is turned on so loud back there that it makes it hard to concentrate. Any chance the volume of the music can be turned down by like 5-6 clicks back there?lol! Thanks and cheers!“

“Brioso Coffee (on Long Street) is quite possibly my favorite place to go in Columbus. The coffee has always been excellent and their rotating seasonal menu is definitely something to try if you can. The regular/full time menu is full of great choices as well. The staff is always there to say hello and happy to get you going with coffee. Very polite, courteous, and professional. If you are lucky, you get to watch the roaster going and smell the fresh beans as they come out to cool. They have bagged coffee available as well as you can order from their large Cambro containers full of fresh stuff if you want something you don't see already on the shelf. Cups, mugs, coffee gear for grinding and making pour overs, stickers, shirts, sweatshirts etc available as well. The space is open and inviting, the brick and wood really make for a relaxing day to sit with good coffee.“
“pretty nice cafe attached to the lobby of the Junto! it's hard to find cafes that are open later and have a good amount of seating. it's cool they have alternative milks I've never seen before (cashew, pecan, pumpkin seed). 4 stars bc the lady at the front wasn't very friendly but overall very aesthetic and I'll be back!“
“This place was great! We moved to the neighborhood recently, and it's so wonderful to have a good cafe within walking distance. We were immediately greeted by the owners and thanked for coming in. Silvia took our order and was so sweet. The chicken salad and turkey burger were both delicious, and the coffee was incredible. We drank our lattes so fast we ordered a second round to go. The owner showed me around to the meeting areas and was so sweet and personable. I hate to think how much money I am going to be spending here, but glad to support this great business!“

“I have wanted to stop in for a while and am glad I did.... If you are looking for a great local spot for a reasonably priced breakfast sammy and coffee, look no further. Located just outside Grandview Heights, this place is very charming and has great service. Everything is made fresh. Biscuits were delicious and the sammy was satisfying. I got the egg, cheese, and sausage on a regular biscuit and really enjoyed it. We also got the special of the day with a jalapeño biscuit. It was very good and left you with a little zing. They also serve Stauf's coffee which I feel is one of the best in the city. Cute little area in the shop for eating or you can eat outside in a nice area. They even have a fire pit. I am sure you will be happy if you give them a try.“

“Brioso is the only place in Columbus that has consistently managed to do my go-to order right. Their staff is always super friendly and their prices are much much better than most comparable shops that do in-house beans. Just wished there were more food options.“

“This is my third time ordering from Lexi's. I got the classic Ruben and I swear this thing has a pound of meat in it, lol. You can't even fit the sandwich in your mouth. My husband gets the chicken salad on a pita and said it's really good, taste like fresh chicken not canned. I also splurged and got the fruit cup the small that was five dollars. It looks good too. Lexi's prices are pretty high $18 for Ruben through DoorDash 11 for the chicken salad on a pita regardless of the price, it's well worth it.“

“Truly unique. Concert venue, coffee shop, indie comics, records, bookstore, open mic poetry, AND a bar. Fast wifi too. Oh, and you can make copies there too. Plus, they have board games. One of my favorite places to hang on campus. Excellent crowd of morning and evening regulars“
“I really like this place! I ordered an iced latte with oat milk and an iced matcha to see how they do both coffee and what their name says, matcha. I wasn't expecting my matcha to be sweet, but it was. Despite me not liking sweet things, it was just the right amount and not too sweet; it was really good! I would recommend that maybe the shop does a regular, unsweetened version, though. The only reason why I'm rating it 5 and not 4 stars was because of the iced latte. Lately many other cafes in Columbus have been producing coffee that has been acidic, but this one was probably one of the best I've had in town. I highly recommend for the coffee as well the matcha (if you like them to be sweetened).“

“An absolute gem! Friendly staff, yummy coffee, pastries, and ice cream. Wide selection but still gives that no fuss, no muss feel to their menu. It's a cozy, welcoming environment that pairs perfectly with a trip to the local library across the street.“

“The coffee here is amazing. It truly couldn't be better. However, they could work on the friendliness, and that starts at the top. The manager does not say hello or get to know your face or order. I find it extremely odd. Every other coffee shop where I've become a regular the manager has always been welcoming. Not here. Some of the baristas are friendly, but some say nothing. It makes for an odd experience when no one seems to be glad you're there. The coffee is ridiculously delicious though, and I'll keep going back but I wish they were nicer.“

“I wanted to love this place. It was good. I prefer to brew with more leaf. It looked to be less than 5 gm to me. I wish I was given a gaiwan instead of a teapot with a strainer for the session. So, it wasn't a lot of leaf and you had to use a lot of water to get the strainer under water. It was more of a western brewing instead of gong fu. I did like the tea (Oriental beauty) even if was lighter than I like.“

“You would think this place is all about desserts, and they kind of are, but they also have great sandwiches, salads and I believe soups (I haven't tried the soups yet). Dine-in has ample seating. There is also a small bar if you prefer to sit there. You walk up and order at the counter, then go grab your own table. One of these days, I'll amend this review with photos and better descriptions of the food. I usually go here with girlfriends and ain't nobody got time for that on GNO!“

“The best donuts in a very long time!! I wish I got the name of the young lady helping us but she humored me when I asked about chop suey donuts. Growing up, they were my dad’s favorite. I am always trying to find them for him. She asked what was in them. I wasn’t sure but cinnamon, raisins, nuts with a glaze. Your Long John’s are probably the best that I have ever had, the knots just melt in your mouth! We will be back! Thanks“

“Wow! Second time here. We came months ago and I didnt have the greatest experience. Actually left super disappointed. Not this time!!! This time they really did much better. Aesthetically , its great and unique. The shop seems like an artistic work in progress. It was cute before but I can really see the vision coming together now. Its warm, industrial, and cozy.... A hard trio to merge successfully and they are almost there. I ordered a honey cap made with oatmilk, cinnamon sprinkled on top. The coffee roast I had tasted smooth, with a hint of chocolate. The pour of oatmilk was a bit too much as it made the coffee a bit watery but, honestly, it tasted so nice I was surprised that I didnt mind. My only beef is it takes a really long time to make the coffee. The coffee is made outside in the retro mobile van. They have a cute window that they pass the coffee thru to the inside so you dont need to go outside to get it. That is genius and unique. The length of time it took to get my coffee is the only reason lost a star. This is definitely a coffee house that has a lot of potential. I look forward to my next visit“

“Grandview Grind is QUIET, and I love it. Nothing against other Columbus coffee staples (you know who you are), but very often the noise is too loud to hold a comfortable conversation or just study in peace. Grandview Grind is a great place for either. Please go and enjoy good lattes, good (though limited) bakery, and a pleasant variety of seasonal drinks. Also, they frequently have a varied offering of local coffee beans AND you can buy them in bulk if that's your need.5/5 would recommend Grandview Grind to anyone who likes coffee, quiet, or both“

“The atmosphere in this place is like a mix between modern and old fashioned, I love it.I ordered a Carmel macchiato and they asked if I wanted it traditional or like a Starbucks macchiato.
