Hardee's is like any other fast food unfortunately. The place and food are mediocre at best, some of the staff are attentive but there are some who are stiff and lifeless. You can really tell the love their job. I wouldn't always recommend but it's slightly cheaper than BK's if you know what to look for.Wheelchair accessibility: There is sparse handicap parking but wheelchair accessible. Bring a friend though there are no automatic. Doors that I have seen and remember it's attached he'd to Loves Gas station andd Truck stop.

This specific Hardee’s has went downhill.. I use to go there everyday before work but then every time I got chicken tenders they was so small and dry and withered a 5 piece was more like a 2 piece that you couldn’t even bite into. Then no matter what time I went they would say they are in the middle of shift change.. I’d go before work they are in the middle of shift change so I’d wait till my break they are in the middle of shift change.. They can not seem to get your order correct something is always missing when you place a bigger order.. They have changed within the last few months.. I have not been in a couple of months figured I would go today and I got a chicken sandwich and it is burnt and dry I can’t even eat it..

1121pm "sorry I am in the middle of shift change, it's going to be 10-15 mins". Several times a week, from 1020p-1am. The same lazy employee who is just standing there not wanting to work. Drive through and inside counter. Super annoying. Maybe someone can address this.

I can't comment on any other Hardee's reasurant but at the one I go to on Alum Creek and Rohr rd in Groveport OH is excellent. The food is always fresh and hot. I don't know of any other fast food restaurant that is consistently on point and no matter the time of day or night its always GREAT!
