I don't know what's going on with this location. The only time that food is decent is when one of the manager's are there and our food would be fresh. But the last couple of times, my burger was so dried out and crispy as if it was sitting in the warmer for a long time. This past visit my sister's fries were cold and our sandwiches were cold. We would've gone back, but didn't wanna take the risk.
They messed up my order and refused to fix it telling me I had to contact customer service for a refund. This place can’t even handle day to day customers the wait for your food is 5 mins at least. Worst Wendy’s I’ve been to honestly

Food usually hot but very inconsistent. Frys are never near full maybe half full if lucky. Some people are not the nicest behind the counter. Few bad apples in there a few great workers. Unfortunately more negative experience here vs a positive.
