I came thru the drive thru, ordered. Got to window to pay and that young lady behind running the cash drawer, Hailey was name on receipt. Went the extra mile to double check and adjust my order. Thank you for being there Hailey. This experience was on 1/2/24 just after 5 pm, before 530 pm.
I had the best experience with Mel today. I went into this location several months ago for lunch and Mel accidentally spelled my name wrong. When I was in that day I noticed how Mel was smiling and laughing and generally seemed to enjoy her job. Today when I was in she made a comment about spelling my name incorrectly and it reminded me of my last visit. I had completely forgot about that until today. It touched me that she remembered me. She just seems like a great employee....read full review
