Fantastic local sweets shop with great service. Years ago I would order chocolate covered strawberries from a popular online store and have them delivered to my wife and daughters on Valentines Day. I found Bake My Day and have been going there each year now for berries and other treats. The berries are delicious, beautiful, fresh, high quality, lower cost... just overall better! And I prefer supporting a local business. Highly recommend!

These people apparently care nothing about customer service and think their products are so spectacular. Everyone will just wait and wait and wait to savor them.I can just get a cake every bit as good as theirs customer servicestablishment.

I bought a cake for my Mothers 85th birthday. They didn’t have a box that the cake would fit in. They left the top of the box up and wrapped it in plastic wrap. The plastic wrap did not keep the top off the cake and by the time I got home the lid had smashed the highest decor on the cake. It looked terrible. This was an expensive cake and this was not acceptable.

I work for a company in Akron and a contractor brought us some of the Christmas cookies from here and MY GOODNESS were they amazing. We were all disappointed to learn that Bake My Day is an hour away! Hopefully that same contractor will bring some everytime they work over here! Great stuff!

If you're in the Mansfield/Ontario area, this is a must stop for you!! They have an overall wonderful ambiance, very friendly staff, and the most creative and wonderfully decorated treats throughout the store! I highly recommend getting a 4pack of the mini cupcakes to try all the wonderful flavors.. such as chocolate lover, red velvet, butter pecan, and especially the Buckeye! They have a large section of cookies and will also make custom cakes and designs
The visual allure of their cakes and desserts, as depicted in photographs, stands in STARK contrast to the disheartening reality I encountered. My dismay and surprise stemmed from the notably subpar quality experienced; the cake, in particular, exhibited dryness and a paucity of discernible flavor. Should you seek a dessert befitting any occasion, I would highly suggest exploring alternatives from a different culinary purveyor.

We were a first time customer from Toledo. We stopped in around 2:00pm on Saturday 8/19. The aesthetics of the place was great. The employee working was not very personable and showed no excitement to be there or a willingness to help instead gave off a “are you buying anything” vibe. Husband wanted chocolate but decided against it due to the attitude of the employee. She didn’t fit the atmosphere of when you walked in. We only purchased two cookies but only because someone recommended they were good. They were okay, cutely decorated. I wouldn’t make it a priority to go back next time I’m in town.
