“Stopped in here to grab coffee and a pastry while visiting family and I'm glad we did. The homemade blueberry poptarts are to die for! They also make all of their own syrups and flavor for the coffee in house. Very good coffee and service!“
“This off the highway bakery and coffee shop is nestled in a quaint neighborhood and is worthy of the effort to find it. They have a good selection of bakery items including breads, cookies and cheesecake. I arrived with my two friends just before closing, 1 pm on Saturday and were greeted by the owner. Service was great. The store is adorned with country art and a variety of supporting items. They also had a nice selection of teas.“
“Wow!! I just drove 20 minutes to give this place a try and it was soooo worth it! I just had a blueberry scone, part of a cinnamon roll & part of a maple cream stick and they were all very flavorful. We'll be back! (my husband just said the cinnamon rolls were the best he's ever had!)“
“You all there never disappoint! I DO hope you all get to enjoy YOUR very fruits of all of your labor. I pray for you there, and you as a business for helping with wonderful coffee, food, and even electricity to use.~ thank you ~~ Matthew Lee Weeks ~“

“I cannot give this place higher praise! We put in a large order for our wedding in August, 450 cookies and 350 mini bundt cakes. Heidi, the owner was so sweet, personable and had fantastic customer service. She made sure everything was perfect! All our guests LOVED the desserts, and I still have people telling me how much they loved the little cakes and cookies. Not only are they delicious, but they are so very cute! I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for something sweet for any occasion. Thanks Heidi!!“
“To-die-for cheesecake. Huge selection for a little shop. They sell not only whole cheesecakes but by the slice and little cupcake sized cheesecakes. Those are perfect for trying all the flavors. The ladies working were very nice, nice enough to let me park there while I rode with a friend to go get lunch elsewhere. We both bought dessert at Jackie’s when we got back. We got to meet Jackie herself on our return trip. She does take custom orders.I’d been wanting to stop in but what really got me on the move was hearing that Jackie donated cheesecakes to a local school’s pie/cake fundraiser. Being a part of the community is a great way to get customers in the door, I love it!Located on US 42 in Lexington between Rite Aid and Subway on the west side of the road. They do have seasonal flavors. For October they had apple, caramel, pumpkin etc. Fancier than that, but that’s as good as I could do.“
“Remembering my younger years, 40+ years ago, I used to walk up to buckeye bakery on route 42 and Indiana ave to buy coffee cake every Saturday morning.Recently I found that that store was permanently closed so I called the main bakery to see if they still produced my favorite breakfast treat. They have since changed it from coffee cake to a maple roll. It is good but nothing like the original! I can’t give them a bad report, I still shared it with my family and they loved it! Ty“
“Fantastic local sweets shop with great service. Years ago I would order chocolate covered strawberries from a popular online store and have them delivered to my wife and daughters on Valentines Day. I found Bake My Day and have been going there each year now for berries and other treats. The berries are delicious, beautiful, fresh, high quality, lower cost... just overall better! And I prefer supporting a local business. Highly recommend!“
