I order two giant subs steak and portobello mushroom when I pick the subs up it was no steak on them no mayo as I ordered and I love eating here but yesterday wasn't good at

The food and the staff were wonderful during our latest visit! The reason I gave 4 stars is there is no changing table in the bathroom, had to change our baby on the floor. A changing table would be nice for parents/caregivers. The bathrooms are large enough to accommodate one.

as a jersey mikes employee somewhere else myself, i was very disappointed at this one. the floor was full of crumbs and trash & they were not busy at all, so no reason someone couldn’t go sweep the floor. the drink station had wrappers everywhere and tea spilled. i understand it is not the employees trashing the lobby area, but they are responsible for keeping their store clean. on top of that, i requested the prosc off of my italian & guess what was on my sub! jm employees are trained to cut subs in half, occasionally ask if a customer would like their mini cut in half, but i was not even asked, they simply did not cut it. i am not comparing my store to this store, but the bare minimum wasn’t even achieved here. i am disappointed in my fellow jersey mikes members…
