I had the beef and broccoli.. it was mostly fried rice, there was adequate broccoli, but hardy ANY beef, like 5 small pieces - the equivalent of maybe a half a beef patty at Wendy's. Seriously.The meal tasted ok, but the lack of beef was terrible! I had to have a protein shake afterwards. Great profit margin for Panda Express, though.
Drive thru order placed. Was told 12 minute wait on one of entrees...no problem. Waited at window for a few minutes, then was asked to pull forward. Waited 25 mins and then had to go inside to get food. Got home and things were missing from order. Never again!!

Tonight I went through the drive thru at Panda Express. Got the wrong order. Went inside to get the correct one. I saw how crazy busy they were, and while I'm sure some were annoyed by the wait and long lines, all I could think was what a great job they were doing!They were working together as a team, constantly moving and keeping busy and keeping their composure, calm under pressure, and being respectful and giving good customer service.Great job to those at Panda Express in Ontario, Ohio! Keep up the work, and keep holding your heads high!

Very friendly service and food was pretty tasty too! Employees were somewhat friendly, efficient, but could be a little more attentive to a customer asking a question and wanting to have their rewards code scanned.Adjust the closure on the door that most everyone goes out so it won't slam please! It is a simple fix!

Stopped to get food on my way to work, only to start eating it and find a hair!! Called the store, they only wanted to replace 1 egg roll. Entire meal went to the trash! Disgusting!! They didn't even bother to apologize!! Definitely will not be eating there EVER again!!

It’s 9:30pm and I went to order my food. Lone behold they tell me they only have 1 serving of teriyaki chicken and I wanted to order something else. Well they told me that they aren’t making any more food and I was confused because on the website it says they’re open until 10:30pm. This is very angering and I hope this gets fixed soon.

Very quick very clean and the day we were there all the employees stayed busy cleaning or cooking. Was impressed with the cook when he want cooking he was checking all the ready to go foods in the line. Good prices for a little better than fast food.
