“Outstanding customer service! The employees are always friendly and courteous. Orders are taken carefully and delivered to the table when dining in. Tonight, for the first time, we had a minor mix up on our order. When we made a staff member aware, the manager promptly offered to make a new sub and personally made sure it was correct this time. The attention to detail and making sure the customer was satisfied was very much appreciated. Thank you again to the entire Penn Station staff! Keep up the good work.“
“I live in Columbus and one of my best friends lives in Cleveland. We decided to meet halfway in Mansfield and randomly chose Doc’s Deli for a lunch. The atmosphere was so nice and can’t say enough nice things about the two ladies working! They were both so kind to our kids that we brought with us who spent most of our meal exploring around the dining area. The food was delicious and would definitely go back!“
“The food and the staff were wonderful during our latest visit! The reason I gave 4 stars is there is no changing table in the bathroom, had to change our baby on the floor. A changing table would be nice for parents/caregivers. The bathrooms are large enough to accommodate one.“
