Staff are great, order is always correct. They recently removed the build your own craving box from their menu so unfortunately I shall not be returning. Good thing there's a taco bell every couple miles.

Went there, ordered some cinnabon delights and they got to me right away, there’s an employee there named Jon, he gave the best service and i think everyone should go to this taco bell because they make sure everything is right and very yummy, thank you jon!

No one to take your order?? You have to use a kiosk. Finally I yelled "can someone help me" yes someone was very helpful. If there is not someone, a human, to take my order, this will be my last trip. You take orders in the drive thru for people to lazy to get out of their car and walk to the lobby, but you won't take orders for those who walked in. What a great business model. Add to that, 6 hrs later my stomach starts to hurt.

Happy they rebuilt with a new store. Nice new and clean.
Tried to order inside. Nope want ne to do someone's job. The place was empty inside. Go figure! So went to drive trough ordered then carried my food in. Sat down nobody inside. The tacos hardly had any meat all lettce. I ordered three crunchy tacos Supreme no sour cream and sweet tea. Again half of inch taco meat really could hardly taste the meat. Clean as a button nobody inside. Nobody to take your order. Just a machine. I don't want to do someone's job for them.Thus place stinks. WILL NOT BE BACK. other Taco Bells around that will take your order. State Rt 13 And 71 South of Mansfield . 42 Ashland rd in Mansfield. Park Avenue west Mansfield. The morning crew here is amazing. Every single 1 of them go above and beyond. They have the best customer service of any restaurant I have ever visited!

I work over at Kroger, so I come to this store on the daily. After working 10 hour shift, I decided to pull into the parking lot to use their wifi to make a call. The guy manager tonight came out and was VERY rude! They interrogated me asking me this and that. Within a span of 5 minutes the whole crew was out telling me I need to leave. Very sad!

The food was okay but the Shelby location was better. I do not eat rice or beans but I would like to exchange them for more lettuce but they refused. They weren't very friendly or helpful.
