First - the person who helped me on the phone after this incident tried to be helpful, but was clearly working in an understaffed situation. Not her fault.My burger had a clump of hair in it, and it's didn't necessarily look to be from a person. You can see just a couple in those photo, because the mouthful I spit put had the majority of the hair in it, and I don't want to post my partially chewed food on the internet.Attempted to contact customer service to get a refund, but they wouldn't help.We used to always stop here on our way to the Ferry, now every time I want to go to BK, I just remember eating mystery hair and I definitely will never be able to eat there again.

I was be very disappointed as I loved their Italian Chicken Sandwiches and was happy to see them return. Ordered one and it was horrible. They changed everything about it and I will never order again unless they bring back the old sandwich. Fries are generally never good. If I end up at BK I would stick with a Whopper Jr. People were great and service was timely.
