I have been a loyal Kroger pick up (order consolidated by a Kroger employee) or delivery (instacart) customer for several years, and we pay for this service. Placed an order on Thursday 12/22, was told it would deliver 12/23. Never arrived. Now told I can’t have my order until 12/30! Seriously, over a week letter for food? ??‍♀️

This Kroger is rapidly going downhill. I frequently find expired food, incorrect pricing, and dirty floors.

Horrible service. I ordered groceries for them to be picked up at noon and by 3pm I still can’t pick up my groceries!! They couldn’t give me a good reason except being understaffed. Which I’m sorry that’s not an excuse for being 3 hours behind. I had to cancel my order due to needing my groceries and anytime I called to check my order Sarah/Sara had an attitude like I was inconveniencing her. They told me they’d call me but I can almost guarantee they won’t. I will never ever shop at any Kroger ever. This is by far the worse experience. Ever!! I have never had this issue from Walmart or Meijer!

This is my local Kroger and I loved the service but now it's all changing and most of everything there is slacking , tremendously. Not just rude employees but lacking of freshness of produce as well . I grab a fruit and cheese snack 8/19/21 , and open it to find a molded cheese under another. All I can say is , kroger can do better .

Horrible! Employees are useless and not pleasant at all. In fact they’re rude as hell. Nothing is ever stocked. I’m assuming there are no noodles on the shelf because of the rat that picture that was posted on Facebook eating noodles off the shelf. And why are the carts Never stocked! And the carts they do have sound like go karts when you walk with them. Worst kroger I’ve ever been to. Nothing like coming in and having to leave to another store to get my stuff. Guess I’ll just stop depending on this kroger. Nothing but bad experiences

Hot and tasty Starbucks is here

I’ve moved here from Pittsburgh where we have Giant Eagle. I’m not accustomed to the lower level of produce or the lack of selection of food in general.

Go get a custom cake done at Meijer instead. Trust me.

I’m here at least weekly for quick groceries or got Starbucks. Nice produce, specialty cheeses and deli items. Love the “cheese guy”! Selection on some items has diminished lately , specifically K-cups

The store looked great considering the situation. However, the cashier was very rude because I wanted cash back. Threw her arms up at me. Huffed, puffed and snarled. She really needs to be nicer to customers. Her behavior will not be tolerated again!

Store was clean, sanitizer wipes ready for carts....staff was friendly and stocking as fast as could to keep things available and one staff member was humming, singing and smiling. I thank you for putting limits on necessary items to stop hoarding and was one of the only places we could get toilet paper, bleach, sani wipes, dish soap etc....great job!

You should probably let your employees know that it's none of their business whether customers need a cane or other mobility aid. If i hear about your employee harassing my wife about her cane again, i'll be in for a chat with your store manager--after i contact an attorney about a suit under the americans with disabilities act. Yes, my wife looks too young to need a cane--but she does, and again, none of your employee's business anyway.
