I was here a few days ago and it was only one employee running the whole place, she was a wonderful soul, and the food was very fresh. Other employees called off and she ran the place like it was fully staffed!! Big ups to this young lady!!

Got my order in the drive thru. #11 meal 2 fish 1 chicken and 3 shrimp. Everything was either way over cooked or was redropped and cooked a second time. It WAS TERRIBLE. Originally this is why I haven't been to your store in over 5 yrs I don't know why I thought it would be any better than then but it was worst. Never going back. Learn that every customer counts, food should be cooked per order not redropped in the fryer and heated back up. I would rather wait for fresh cooked and cooked right than to get what I got. Get a new cook or properly train the cook you've got. I was there at 5:30 pm Thursday Nov 2, Will never eat Long John Silvers again.YOU LOST A CUSTOMER. I will go to Culvers and get my fish there. Ask yourself if you have no customers WHY? You are the only fish store around. If you don't change you will not survive. We used to go to your store all the time 5years ago and the food just got horrible. WHY?

Terrible terrible experience. I remember Every time you got anything from long John it would be fresh hot & good . Now It's Cold Hard and Old . Disgusting chicken and fish were so hard taste like its been sitting for hours . Fries were so soggy and dry ketchup couldn't save them I mean food workers has 1 job COOK THE FOOD PROPERLY If it's past the holding time THROW IT OUT !!! Nobody should have to spend their money on food and can't get it properly made fresh . Just Sad

Been to this one a few times, food is a bit greasy but it's all cooked in a deep fryer so you have to expect that. Service is pretty fast and accurate. Staff is friendly and professional. Building is generally clean and well maintained. Could use a few upgrades and things fixed but not to bad overall. As far as fast food options this one isn't to bad.Parking: Parking lot is fairly clean and maintainedKid-friendliness: No one is going to day anything to kids being kids inside because it's almost always empty anyway.Wheelchair accessibility: There are handicap spots to park in with ramps to get onto the walkway
