I ordered a venti, I got the smallest size, I asked for extra chocolate drizzle, there's no drizzle at all. When I told the short old lady that it's wrong, she looked at her coworker and asked HER what I ORDERED. That woman shouldve retired years ago, I don't know why she still has a job at all

One of the rudest Starbucks experiences I've ever had. The cashier who made one of my familes drink was rude, argumentative and rolled her eyes when our drink was made wrong. We requested an iced drink and she made it as a hot drink, she simply took that drink and poured into a cup over ice and then started arguing when we politely asked to remake it.

I LOVE the mango dragonflies lemonade. I hate that my cup has more ice than drink. I noticed a line on the cup. Are employees required to put a pre set amount of ice?
